Paid 80€ for a large Labubu that never arrived. Was promised refund that i never got!!!

Heybubuofficial.com has engaged in deceptive business practices. The product delivered was materially different from what was advertised. Although the vendor initially acknowledged the issue and assured me that it would be corrected, they failed to take any action or provide a resolution. Their lack of follow-through and misleading representations demonstrate a clear disregard for fair business conduct. I have reached to the Federal Trade Commission requesting that this vendor and matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar incidents with other customers. We do need vendors of this type be allowed to do business in the United States.

Don't buy anything from this place. Never got my merchandise and I still waiting my refund after 3 months. SCAM.

Scam site. Sent a counterfeit Labubu. Head was barely on. Face sewn in crooked and above the stitch line. Cheap material. No ER code. Disputed and they said no need to return the item but because of my bank it will take 3 billing cycles to refund me. That conveniently put me outside of the dispute timeframe for my credit card. I had to dispute immediately with my card. They then lied and said I never returned the item and the dispute was closed. Thankfully I kept the email and had to reopen the dispute showing that they told me not to return the defective counterfeit item. Horrible experience all around. Buy right from Pop Mart or StockX.

If I could give zero stars, I would! At first, correspondence was great. Then, never received a tracking number or shipping notification. Kept contacting them, with eventually no response. Gave them one week to respond to me, or told them I'd contact my credit card company... which I had to. They went totally MIA. This has been almost two months now. There is a dispute claim in process. The tracking section on their website is no longer available. TOTAL SCAM. This company should be put out of business.

Ordered a box set of six labubu and the offer included some free stickers. Also said delivery in 4 to 7 days. None of the above was true. Ended up getting 6 in a lose package which doubled up on two of the characters with no stickers and had to wait over a month for delivery.

Scam, ordered a "large one", got a small one, I complained, and little did they know I am a computer tech with firing neurons. They stated upon checkout I chose the wrong one, so I video recorded the entire process. And showed them it was a scam, they offered to send the "correct one" after a bunch of emails were sent showing they did not do what they said. They finally after a week responded that it was shipped with a tracking number, it was shipped to an entirely different country and delivered to a known scam area. It was for my daughters birthday, they really messed it up. The fact that this garbage is allowed on Social Media is disgusting, laws and such should be put into place.

Ordered the 3 BOX set. Came with no boxes! Just in the bags. No name cards nothing. Obviously fake LaFUFUs. Was supposed to give as gifts but can't now. Complete waste of 80 bucks. Wish I had come here to read reviews first 😭

If I could give this place zero stars I would! TOTAL SCAM! All 3 Labubu’s are fake! Stitching is awful (strings popping out everywhere). They didn’t even bother to try to align the paint on the face. The hands and feet are barely on. Just awful!

Total scam. No box, no card, just a squished fake doll with cockeyed ears. No QR code. Claims 4.9 rating on Trust pilot on their website but is literally a 2 here. Total fake. Total scam! Do not waste your money.

I ordered a big one as per the video and they sent me a small key ring one. All the marketing is misleading and this is a scam!

I ordered two big dolls the I found you doll and the Hide and seek doll.. and was sent the small ones this should not be allowed.. I reported it and I am supposed to be getting a full refund and I will make sure I do.. Please don't buy from this company false advertisement.. I placed my order on August 10 2025 and received the product on August 30 2025..

Same as the other reviews. I chose the “BIG ONES” labubu. Staying these were 13” tall for $79. They are using the photos of the large brown and white one but are sending a small regular labubu. This is a scam. Will never order from them again!!!!

I placed an order on this website and it took three weeks to arrive, even though I paid for the express option. The order was supposed to be a large-sized Labubu, but I received a tiny, defective one. This website is clearly a scam. Please do not buy from them, you will be deceived.

I spent 79 dollars for a fake labubu. They are using the real photos and giving you a horribly made fufu.

Scam! Boght a 79$ doll and they send me something not even simular and not worth a dollar. Humbug. Now they are trying to say that i did not choose the right at checkout. There was never a choice. Stay away for this shop. They refuse to make a refund.
