I ordered a sweatshirt and two mugs. The delivery was incredibly slow, and after reading the reviews, I was horrified. I thought the goods wouldn't arrive, so I thought it was a scam. In the end, everything arrived, though, as I said earlier, with a significant delay. But the quality is quite good. The sweatshirt and the mugs didn't get damaged after washing.

An absolute aggravation!!! I purchased couple of mugs for our wedding anniversary and then they were sent to the wrong address and never re shipped to the correct address. The purchase was done on January 10 of this year and just today February 5 I had to ask for a full refund.
Probably best that I didn't get the product!

I purchased a “couples hoodie” in which the description says “these matching couple hoodies are all about comfort and connection”. There was no way to connect when I have to do 2 separate purchases. I was expecting a pair of hoodies when the package came but was confused when I opened it. I sent the customer support an email about the item description but they responded with a generic “please provide this and that” to which I did but I have not heard anything back from them. All I asked was for them to simply update the product description so that no other person gets confused like me.

The BuBu DuDu pillows are beautifully crafted and exude charm. I have them on my TV couch, and they bring to mind wonderful moments in a couple's relationship. The customer service was exceptionally responsive, ensuring all my needs were met. I wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the organization. They make for a fantastic gift for your partner!

Ordered a sweatshirt and the design is already faded as if its years old and has been washed multiple times.
Emailed asking to set up a return and DM'd their Instagram and have not received a single response.
Stay far away

It’s a scam they take your money then take weeks to send it, then when it arrived it was a cheap faulty small key chain one when I paid £79 for a large 13 inch doll and trying to get money back is a joke keep clear from them

The Labubu I ordered (checkmate) was supposed to be bigger then normal- when I got it it was the same size as the $30 knock off ones and I paid $150. It looked completely different from the one in the picture that I ordered. It also took a month to ship. I asked for a refund as it was nothing what was expected and they said that they could only offer me a discount on another purchase (which i will never purchase another thing from them nor would I encourage others wasting their money on this). I dont even think you can leave a review on their own page so they are a fraud and can't be trusted.

This company is a scam, I bought a Bubu & Dudu Keychain – Says 3 voice “I Love You - Atata - Omacha”, Lights Up × 1 for $26 and it came without battery. They did not respond to any of my inquiries, and the reviews on their website are fabricated.
