Recommend (based on one order.)
I placed my order sometime between the holidays, knowing that some items would not be back in stock until January.
However, it arrived faster than expected and the delivery was complete and well packaged. I will gladly order again and can recommend the shop based on this one order.

This is my second order from HEXASPOT. The products were delivered as ordered, without any problems. My only complaint is that shipping from the store takes 2-3 days and tracking is not very accurate, but since these are hobby products, it's not a big deal.

I bought a 6dB McGill antenna. I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The construction is good, and I noticed a difference compared to the generic antenna I had. It's just a shame that the HNT network rewards users less frequently, but oh well...
I'm satisfied. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived safely.
I recommend Hexaspot :D

Unresponsive support
Unresponsive support. I tried to contact them in regards to a VAT refund for a parcel shipped outside, and I am willing to offer proof, but they instead never even replied. Not even a no.

Even though there were missing parts for mounting the antenna, you responded quickly after my contact and shipped the missing parts without any issues.
That’s good service, and I can only give you the highest rating.
