I was assured that Hexa publishing is UK based company, but would get notifications of my Amazon account being accessed from America and would get phone calls at 8pm at night.
Communication was was poor, I fed this back got a apology, but nothing actually changed.
Hexa publishing managed to add an extra page to my book which was uploaded and then went live! For this reason I asked Hexa to pay for a proof copy or pay for the agreed authour copies in advance, which they did not do!
The marketing team had no idea or understanding of the target audience or concept of my book. They did not communicate their plans or strategies.
My experience with Hexa publishing is nothing like the reviews on their website from alleged previous customers.
