Warning: scam after battery breakdown.
We had taken out all available insurance options, which nearly doubled the cost of the rental, specifically to avoid this kind of situation.
Despite this, we were directed by their assistance service to use a paid roadside service for a battery issue that was clearly not our responsibility. We were assured that all costs would be reimbursed, yet several weeks later, no refund and no response despite multiple follow-ups.
Additionally, the refund for an unused rental day, which was confirmed by email, has still not been processed.
This is unacceptable given the level of coverage we paid for. Complete lack of communication and accountability. I do not recommend.
Easy pick up after our flight. No lengthy waiting or queue. Great sized car like we arranged. Too easy!
