I ordered two frames from Hertwill on Sept 18th 2024. The order eventually arrived SIX WEEKS LATER with only one of the two frames I had bought. I have asked for a refund of the frame that was never delivered ever since: It has been FOUR MONTHS. Nohting. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE
My order was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days. Three weeks later, no shoes. I asked for a refund, was given a story that the item was out of stock and would be shipped when it is back in stock. Asked again for a refund and they disappeared, offering no response. NOT LEGITIMATE, STAY FAR AWAY

If you return, then you need to send it to Tallin, which is more expensive than the products.
They offer you 30% discount, if you do not return it.
If you're ok with your order taking months then buy from here, if not then don't. They claim 5-7 day shipping which is totally bogus and I had to email them to complain in order for them to even ship from China.
