This has been life changing
This has been life changing. I’ve always struggled to lose weight. Stopping the food noise combined with healthy eating & exercise has helped me achieve my goals so much quicker. The support & check ins when needed along the way have been great too.

Was very easy to connect with the doctor. Thought I would struggle given injection but very easy in the end. Some side effects but spoke to june and she gave me some advice. App is easy to follow.

Healthy changes and feeling alive
Well, I was able to achieve my goals without the stress of still feeling hungry. Last year I lost over 14 kg which may it easier to move around when caring for children, no more aching legsand knee at the end of my day, more energy, look amaxing in my clothes which really boost my confidence. Fitting into clothes sizes iI only dream of being able to wear again. Also, I never had any delays with my orders, staff always available and answer any question that I may had. Easy …
Firstly I have found the whole Juniper process really easy. From signing up to having a break and re starting again. Secondly my health coach is really caring and positive which has been great especially when I’m struggling to stay on track.

Programs
I think Juniper could benefit from offering tiered programs to reflect that everyone’s weight-loss journey and support needs are different. For example, a no-frills option for those who mainly want medication and clinical support, a mid-level option with additional nutrition support, and a more comprehensive tier for those wanting greater support.
I also think there is a real opportunity for a dedicated menopause program. As someone who accessed Juniper during perimenopause, I think the menopause seminar was fantastic, but there is potential to build this into a broader program focused specifically on women navigating menopause, weight management, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.

My experience has been quite remarkable. This is the longest I’ve actually stuck to anything because I see and feel the results.
Losing 18kgs has been an amazingly surreal. I’m back in size 10 and I have never felt this good within my body in 20 years.
