Asked them for 0 ice and they refused to save themselves money to put more material in the cup , they said all they can do is regular ice and I’m like then why your menus says no ice or less ice option the woman was speaking in Chinese as a cashier and I’m like comprehende nihaw nihaw I don’t want ice no ice and she says regular ice
