⭐ 0 Star – Terrible Customer Service and Communication
My experience with UniUni was extremely frustrating. The driver texted me at 8:00 AM and clearly stated that my package would be delivered and handed to me before 12:00 PM. I adjusted my entire day around that promise.
By 12:45 PM, the driver had still not arrived and completely ignored multiple text messages asking for an update. No explanation, no courtesy message, and no accountability.
I contacted UniUni customer support hoping they would help. Unfortunately, the agent appeared to ignore what I was actually saying. Despite repeatedly explaining that the issue was the driver's broken promise and lack of communication, I kept receiving generic copy-and-paste responses telling me the package was out for delivery and could arrive within 24–48 hours. That did nothing to address my concern.
People make plans based on delivery commitments. If a driver cannot meet the promised timeframe, the least they can do is send an update or respond to messages. Instead, I was left waiting with no information while customer service failed to address the actual issue.
The lack of communication, lack of responsiveness from both the driver and support team, and the overall disregard for the customer's time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend UniUni based on this experience.
