I reserved a new build property at the turn of the year and the developer recommended Heron Financial to me. I’m very glad they did! Dalia was assigned to my case and throughout she was very friendly, quick to respond and always happy to help. She really worked with me when the property was undervalued and helped me achieve the best outcome. Similarly, Leona was assigned to my case after the Mortgage was all agreed and she also went above and beyond to keep me informed with every step. Nothing ever seemed to be any bother and I’m super grateful to them both. Can’t recommend them, and Heron financial, highly enough.

Great service from both Brennan Goodwin and Leona Currie on quite a complicated expat BTL application. Dealt with very professionally even though my circumstances were quite complex.
