Businesses like this are rare nowadays. A proper electrical outlet with a wide range of quality products at prices to match anyone's, with excellent service levels. Excellent communication and my purchase arrived in the time period advised. I will do business with these good people again.

Excellant service from start to delivery. Mat was extremly helpful, he advised me that the fridge / freezer I was making enquiries about was uneconomical to repair as it was 10years old. He took the bother to find me an equivalent model, ordered and delivery was arranged for the following day. What service!! with a smile no doubt. I will definitly use Herne Bay Domestics again. Brilliant!!!

Easy to order on-line. Opted for fitting, taking the old dryer away and text message giving me a delivery slot. Able to pick a delivery day so went for the earliest. All went perfectly and the two man delivery team were very polite and efficient.

Outstanding service!
I was sent a confirmatory text in advance of the appointment, and Joe called me on the day to give an ETA.
He was knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly quick at diagnosing and fixing the fault on our oven.
He then ran the oven for 20 minutes and waited to check that all was running smoothly.

I needed to buy an urgent replacement for a rented machine, as the rental company were very unhelpful.
I contacted Herne Bay Domestics, and they were brilliant.
Nick sorted the purchase, arranged for removal of abandoned rental, gave me updates on delivery arrangements, all so kind and helpful.
The new machine arrived bang on time, old one gone, all left beautifully tidy. They deserve ten stars, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to book, with regular updates on arrival time. Leo could not have been more helpful. He arrived promptly with the right part, explained the problem and fixed it quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. He even gave me some advice on another appliance. I can’t recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again.

I’ve used Herne Bay Domestics for years and am never disappointed. Very good service from sales to repairs and they’re already ready to go the extra mile. Recently had a freezer repair very soon after a hip replacement op. The guy was made aware of this and patiently waited while I got to the door on crutches. He was professional and efficient throughout and carefully wiped and dried water on the floor after the repair so i wouldn’t slip.

Very happy with service provided by Herne Bay Domestics. Called them for a washing machine repair and they came the next day. Texted a 3 hour time slot which was helpful. Reasonable prices. Polite and friendly service.

Having had not such a successful experience with two well known white goods companies we were at the end of our tether as to what type of hinge set up we needed for our not so conventional measurements of our integrated unit so a friend recommended Herne Bay Domestics we visited them and a friendly gentleman was so helpful he arranged for a fitter to come out to us and measure up and advise on what type of integrated fridge freezer we could have and within 24 hours after his visit we had installation. A great 5 star experience from these people I would highly recommend and no doubt use again.

Very friendly, helpful and professional service from start to finish. Leo arrived promptly on the initial visit to diagnose the fault and confirm a replacement part was needed. Telephone call to confirm convenient date to replace grill. Advised we were job number 5 that day and given a 3 hour slot. Leo arrived at 8.40 and completed the replacement. Excellent.

Thank you to Phil and Dave who delivered and installed my Blomberg oven to me today. Was very happy to find out HBD deliver to my area which is so close to London. They were mindful of the redecoration in my property when carrying the oven through the flat.

Bought an intergrated Bosch fridge on Saturday,salesman Nick very helpful.On Monday fridge installed by very good fitters. All in all an excellent service.

Leo came out as promised following an earlier booked appointment. He called before hand to confirm times. He immediately diagnosed the problem (blown heating element) as our oven was not heating correctly.
New element installed and now all working fine. Great service. Highly recommended.

Leo came out and fixed our tumble dryer efficiently and professionally. Would recommend.
