I like that my order was shipped in a timely manner. I absolutely love my braided boho wig that I got from Hermosa Hair, I love the color and that it is human hair. I get so many compliments on my hair.

Hair def needs absolutely nothing done besides styling how you want it . True to length and it is def on out on and go no glue needed !

I placed my order on March 27th and received it on the 30th both wigs are top quality wigs. You can’t ask for any better! No shedding, true to length and they are full wigs!! I would give them 10 stars if I Could. Not to mention they checked to make sure I received my product. I am very pleased and will spread the word to my friends and family to do business with hermosa!!!

On February 13,2026, I entrusted this company. I ordered & received on 2/27/2026. I put up for my b’day as I work long hours. I later realized that I did not receive human hair, nor was it as described. Instead of a drawstring advertised I received an oversized band, with a useless clamp. Customer service is awful. I was not able to wear the bun advertised. I am completely dis satisfied. Customer service had the audacity to to ask me to send it back at my expense. After serval ignored emails. A better company is Frodio. I will never do business with with this untrustworthy company & their pathetic customer service service again.
