i ordered a voltage regulator for my vw camper and as usual the service was first class from ordering to speedy dispatch never had any problems as i have used this company for many years great to have them with a vast stock of vw spares keeping our vws on the road well done vwh many thanks

Well I ordered a window seal almost a…

Well I ordered a window seal almost a week ago and paid the extra cost to have it shipped priority shipping so I would have it within 5 days as stated when I ordered it and it's been over 5 days and I still haven't received what I ordered and I have to have this delivered to the customer in the next 2 days cuz my house is sold and I'm moving 3 hours away! Now I'm going to have to travel 6 hours round trip plus the time to install because i didn't get what I paid for! I will not be dealing with this company again after waste my money like I did. I could have drove to Michigan to pick the seal up myself and drove back and had it installed and back to the customer already.

Disappointing experience with Heritage…

Disappointing experience with Heritage Parts Centre. Ordered a part marked "available," confirmed in stock at least twice via email, only to be canceled after over a week due to supplier issues. Misleading info violates UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 13). They delayed my refund and warned disputing would prolong it, which feels like intimidation and may breach Consumer Protection Regulations 2008 (Reg. 3). I can share correspondence if they dispute this review. Decent selection, but poor transparency. Shop cautiously!

Hi Marek, I have reviewed all three email chains regarding this matter. The initial issue was that you ordered a product that was in stock in our UK warehouse for delivery in Poland via our UK website. We cannot provide goods from the UK to EU. The website informs you via pop up message that you are shopping on the wrong website for your delivery territory, but you seem to have missed this. Had you been shopping in the correct territory (EU website) you would have seen the item was out of stock with a lead time. We informed you of this lead time. We were then contacted by our suppliers to say they could not supply the product and we contacted you again to that effect and refunded you. There is no email evidence I can see of our team delaying the refund, our standard refund timeframe was all they quoted and you thought that was unacceptable.

Great service

Absolutely great service. Ordered a new bumper plus end caps for my vw t25. Both fitted very well. I did have a small issue with having 2 right hand end caps being sent but after sending them a photo I received a left hand side one the very next day. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
