-1 million stars. To all those who were stung, I paid via credit card and had my transaction reversed. If you paid via Paypal raise a dispute and get your money back. Their facebook page states they are no longer in business yet their website keeps on keeping on. I wish I had read the below reviews before purchasing and never receiving with follow ups never receiving a response. Dept of Fair Trading were useless in this situation. Good luck to everyone who needs their money back and to anyone else do yourself a favour and buy from a business that actually exists.

Not Received

Very same experience as many on this site ordered in October with no correspondence since, no collar & lead arrived now January 2022. Very sad I can see the owner is Kate Brown let’s hope she reimburses all of us.

Henley and Co Australia - is it a real business?

One star is being polite.
I ordered in September 2021 $145 spent
I have sent 10 or more emails and have had no reply at all- of course they don’t have a phone number.
Terrible conduct for a business.
At all times you must keep your customers informed and if you cannot fulfill orders refund the damn money!
Already reported to authorities

Spent $76.00 with Henley and Co. on 4th November.
One and Only tracking from Aus Post - “Your ordered has been shipped” .
Still waiting- 2 months later .
Doubt I’ll ever see it! 😡

took my money and never to be heard from since!! No idea how they’re getting away with this! Have emailed twice and no response, I placed my order 6 weeks ago. $50 down the drain. Hopefully my bank will refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Pretty much the same terrible experience. I ordered dog bowls back in October. They happily took my money but have never received the goods or a refund. I've lost count of the amount of emails I have sent. My order was only $50.00 but I really feel for those who have lost alot more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute farce.... I want my money back Kate Brown!

My order number is #12833HC. Goods never received...
Don't assume that the legitimate appearance of their website means they are a legitimate business.

I have followed up 4 times without any response. Tried to contact via Shopify, their website form, and email. I started polite, then direct, then frustrated, then furious. Not even an automate email confirming receipt of complaint.

The owner of the business according to ABN search (47 910 702 665) is Kate Brown from Hampton in Victoria (maiden name is Morawsky). It looks as though she goes from scam to scam, under multiple business names that she seems to have traded under and then shut down:

SCAM

SCAM! I purchased items in October and never received them. AusPost didn't even receive the item to ship it out to me. They are ignoring all contact and I am left with having to dispute the charge from my bank. Don't be fooled by their thousands of followers and well done website.

Do not buy anything from them

Ordered a water bottle for my dog back in September. Money was taken the same day but 3 weeks later I still had received no water bottle. I emailed them (no phone number provided) to ask if there was an issue with the order. I received no answer so about a week later I asked to cancel and receive a refund. A month later and still no correspondence or refund. Don’t buy from them.

These merchants (If you can call them that) are pure THIEVES!!!!!
They snatched my money $370.00 and I never saw anything after that. In total, I sent 25 emails asking where are my goods and also where is my refund?
It was like I was invisible.
They played dumb and completely ghosted me.
I could not believe the deplorable and despicable treatment they gave a consumer. I have NEVER IN MY ENTIRETY OF ONLINE SHOPPING EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH APPAULING ETHICS AND SERVICE OR IN THIS CASE, TOTALLY LACK OF.
Please do yourselves a favour shoppers and look elsewhere.
Henley & Co will give you nothing but stress, and frustration and minus your hard earned money.
The worst part is the was you are ignored as they secretly believe that you will give up and just go away but they tried the wrong person.
All I can say is Thank Goodness for Paypal as they will not tolerate sellers like this.
Its because of Paypal that after many weeks, I now have received my refund.

Don't order from these people
