Scam. Bought 2 dog collars and they took my money, never came and never replied. Do not buy from these guys.

SCAM - do not order from this site, ordered November 2021 paid $180 for a bed. Never received, multiple emails chasing it up and haven’t got a single response!!!!!

SCAM - don't buy here. I ordered. Paid. Got a confirmation. No answer. Wrote multiple emails. Nothing.

Same issue, ordered mid December, received confirmation email for my order and payment receipt. I allowed fair time for the order to arrive or to atleast receive notification that it had been shipped, after 5weeks I emailed, no response, 2 weeks later emailed again and still nothing. I eventually tracked them down on Facebook and commented on a recent photo they had posted and gave them a piece of my mind, mind you it had been 3 months by this stage, still no response.
To my surprise I received a txt message only a few days ago, and then an email with the same information, from Henley and co. They had sent me confirmation of my refund, but that was it..no explanation no apology, not a single thing to justify their ignorance, I did not realise just how many others were in my position because of them. And I hope that you all are contacted or have already been contacted by them as I have been.. finally!
Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a present for one of my best clients and I was really excited to give it to her, by the end of it, I didn't even want to continue my order, I did not want to give any money towards this business whatsoever.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I too have been scammed out of $170. Ordered in November and no reply to my emails 😔

Same as everyone else I am afraid ! It appears to be a scam site. I place an order in December 2021 for a bamboo cat capsule. It never arrived. I never got a tracking number. All attempts to contact Henley & Co have been met with silence.

I purchased a dog collar, harness and lead set in January. Have never received the product or a response to my emails and online enquire via website!

I am the same as everybody here. Purchased In September, lost parcel with Aus Post. Communicated with the customer service team and the item was resent, I believe it was not quite what I ordered (bigger size) but it was fine. Ordered again in December 2021, no communication about my order being sent after a month. Emailed 4 times getting more and more direct. No response. Claimed a charge back with my credit card company.

I’ve spoken and submitted a report to ACCC - I had a phone call back from a helpful lady, they are currently looking into the case.

A real shame that Kate Brown is playing with people like this. What’s even more concerning is they are defintiely operating with menace. There Facebook page was open to public comments at a time, has since removed peoples complaints about their orders and also made it a subcription page. Thereforth limiting public notification of the falsensss of the business.

I had same issues, took money and no response at all from multiple attempts. Reported them to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on 1300 302 502 - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm AEST/AEDT. Then lodged the issue with my bank. If enough people lodge a complaint with the ACCC they will look into it.

I have purchased products from henley and co in 2020 no worries purchased in December21 took the money no worries but have not delivered the items and not responded to any emails. Absolutely discusgusted that people can rip you off at Xmas time with no remorse. Who is liable to replace my money??

Ordered from them heaps of times, no issues. This time not received - will not respond. Now disputing it with the bank to get my money back

Same as all below, took the money $173, multiple emails before I started googling, obviously a scam. Anyone knows how to find or contact this person do not hastate to share. I ordered 10/12/21. Put the delay down to Christmas, covid etc. Then seen all of this today.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a product early November 21, received email that night regarding product delays and was offered a refund. Since then I have received no further response to the email chain or via the website contact form. No product or refund, avoid this brand.

never received my order - they were happy to provide me with a refund but then never heard back from them after sending multiple emails!

SCAM ALERT This well presented scam of a 'company' will take your order, take your money, never send you anything and pretend you don't exsist. Please report them to scamwatch.gov.au
If enough people report them hopefully we can shut them down and stop their outright theft!

In the same boat as everyone else. Spent $120+ in November and have since contacted multiple times with no response whatsoever. I have previously purchased from Henley and Co in 2020 with no issues and feel that they must have stock issues and have not closed off their site to consumers and have dug themselves a great hole of not being able to fulfil orders and refunds. (Just my assumption) I'm appalled at their customer service and hope that we will all get our money back, have left a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
