Chantelle was amazing from start to finish! She looked into different options for our re-mortgage and explained the differences between the mortgages which were available to us. Once we had decided which option to proceed with, Chantelle took care of everything on our behalf. She was incredibly knowledgeable and customer service was first rate. She kept us informed during every step of the process and even notified us of two rate drops whilst waiting for our mortgage completion date which I thought was brilliant.
