Beware leaning sideways
I bought a 1.8m ladder for my son to cut my hedges. I am 77 and he is 51. All the things other people write are mostly true with one big exception. The tripod legs present a very small footprint and if you are working directly in front, all is OK. However if you lean to one side and your centre of gravity strays outside that footprint then the ladder topples sideways. Twice I had to support the ladder to prevent my son from falling off.

Hi Ken, thanks for flagging this use case- for tripod ladders to be stable your weight should be over the back leg, you shouldn't lean to the side as there is nothing there to support you. If your son is leaning to the side, you could put the ladder side on to the hedge so his weight is over the back leg and in the direction he is cutting. Magic ladder and harness
Everything works pretty well, the ladder is really perfect and I used it already several times. Everything is like described. Especially the harness is perfect, I never cut my hedge is now as easy as never.

Great product & service
It was extremely easy to navigate the website.
Communication with the company was consistent & efficient.
On arrival, there was some damage to the product which we reported along with photos. The product was exchanged within 2 weeks, no problem.

Fruit picking made easy.
This ladder is extremely safe to use. you don't realise quite the feeling it gives you until you've been standing at 3 m height feeling like you're standing on the ground. At 11 kg it is not very heavy to move around. I wish I'd have bought one of these sooner, the only disappointing thing was that it is so much more expensive to buy in France than it is in the UK.
