Solved the problem of finding cleaning help
After several years struggling to find cleaning help at home we found this app which solves the problem in 5 minutes. We were already happy with the first attempt thanks to a good review system. The app also offer additional useful functionalities. Cost for using the app is reasonable.

I suggest you use the filters above to read 1 and 2-star reviews and you will see what the actual Helpling experience is like, in particular those that refer to the horrible customer service experience and their unsuitability to, well, have customers.
Their job is pretty simple: match a cleaner with a customer, make sure the cleaner shows up. How is it possible that they failed at that in 4 out of 10 bookings? That is a 40% failure rate. In the 10 bookings I've made through them, 4 times the cleaner didn't show up, including today. You then send them an email and they reply 24 hours later telling you you won't be charged for the booking (thanks a lot for not charging me for a service you committed to and I didn't receive, that really solves everything). Never mind you might have missed work or changed other commitments so you could be home waiting for a cleaner that never showed up. There is no solution, no compensation, nothing: they just tell you to book a new appointment in a 24-hour delayed email reply.
The last one was the straw that broke the camel's back for me (and I am generally quite reasonable and very patient): their response this time was "we can't do anything about your cleaner not showing up, because we don't employ them so we can't guarantee they will turn up." I understand a cleaner may *sometimes* not show up, but when 3 different people hired through your platform don't turn up (on 4 different occasions), I'd say the problem is the platform, not the cleaner. 4 out of 10 is not "sometimes;" it is almost half of the times.
Worst still: when I asked for my account to be deleted and my future appointments be cancelled since they weren't able to provide a solution, their reply was a one-sentence email: "I have deleted your account." No apology, no acknowledgement of their mistakes and no willingness to improve.
I will be filing a complaint with the Consumentenbond since their failure to meet the contracted agreement resulted in personal economic loss due to cancelled work commitments. And needless to say, my advice would be that you stay away.

UPDATE: I received the reply to this review below. Notice how there is still a total lack of acknowledgement/explanation to the aforementioned fact that a cleaner failed to show up 4 out of 10 times. Notice it well, since that is the exact same standardized response you will get when you use their services and there is an issue.
In addition, the reply below states that "there is always a solution" and that their "lovely helpdesk" will find it. For the sake of objectivity, I will therefore copy-paste the email response that I got from their helpdesk below, and you decide for yourself if this is "lovely" and "a solution." Note that this is in response to my email asking for help after a cleaner failed to show at the agreed time for the 4th (!) time:
"Unfortunately we can never guarantee that a cleaner shows up as they're not employed by us, they're independents. That's why we can't just send someone either, as they have to accept the offer as well. We try our best via a multitude of ways to make sure the cleaners keep to their appointments, but unfortuantely it sometimes happens that they do not show up. I understand that it is frustrating however."

The idea is great and app works perfectly! You can find good service around you, but it is not cheap. But if you want good service, you need to pay - fine :)
But! Admission fees are quite high. Little bit too high.
And it is not possible to change time of past meetings. But sometimes helper can stay longer or shorter - what you agree is final and any adjustments needs to be done via support. I hope this will be fixed with future updates. Overall - 4/5 is still good score!
