Helpling respond to my enquiries very quickly. Even when my preferred cleaner was not available on my preferred day and time, they took effort to search for an alternative cleaner for my preferred day and time. So far, I have tried 3 different cleaners assigned by them. N all 3 of them r diligent and hardworking. 1 of them was honest too. They are all well trained to use modern appliances and cleaning solutions. They are also polite and smiling ,even though I'm sure the hot weather would have made their tasks uncomfortable. Helpling is the 3rd part time cleaning platform I have used. They are the best so far, in terms of service, response and cleaners. Though not the cheapest in the market, but definitely competitive and value for money. I would recommend the services of helpling to anyone seeking part time cleaners.

I hired helping recently for the moving out cleaning of our rented unit. The
Girls did a fabulous job, they were open for suggestions and inputs. It was a great n hassle free experience. Helping has always been a pleasant service provider.Thank you.

I never worked for them and they still charged me .

Scammers. Disappointed, I downloaded this app because I need cleaning help for my apartment.

Booked 2 appointments, no one showed up. I still got charged.

Send several emails to their custmner support to get a refund, no answer.

Phoned them several times, no one answers.

I will be in touch with an incasso bureau to collect my refund. Sad.

This company is a scam. I paid beforehand for a cleaning service and nobody showed up. I paid 34.90 euro for NOTHING, I have been trying to reach out this company via email and via phone for a MONTH now and they are always CLOSED. They haven't replied to any of my emails, this is a ghost company and they stole money from me without providing a service.

Worst cleaning company ever. Booked with them several times within a month. Each time, either the helper doesn’t show up, or shows up hours late or ends up going to a different location. I kept booking again thinking that mistakes happen. However, it has become pretty standard and routine. Also, the app is disfunctional, it gives free slots and timings, and once you book, they call you to say that the timing is unavailable. Every single time. Worst customer service. Totally unreliable company. Unacceptable

Helpling has been a really finding. Great people at the office, helpful and easy to deal with. My opinion of Helpling couldn't be better. A service that I strongly recommend.

I had a really terrible experience with Helping and would like to warn others so they can avoid the same.

Signup flow is very misleading and confusing. It asks you to select a number of cleaners, making it seem like you'll still have a chance to decide which one you want to work with after they're matched by availability.

In reality, they just automatically assigned me a cleaner, and (surprise, surprise) paired me with the most expensive option. He was also the highest rated, so I thought, maybe it will be worth it. The price is well above market value. Well, it turns out you don't necessarily get what you pay for...

I signed up for 3 hours of cleaning, paying an hourly rate of 24 euro. For the first visit, the cleaner left half an hour early. I thought, well he did an okay job (not nearly as good as my prevoius cleaner, but maybe she was an over-achiever)... let's give him another shot. The second visit, he left 15 minutes early. Then for the third, he left a full hour early. When I asked him why, he said that I'm paying him to clean the house regardless of how long it takes him. He said "well, I can clean slower if you'd like".

This blows my mind - why would I pay a cleaner for 3 hours of work when they only do 2? In my opinion, there is always more to clean beyond the basics.

I reached out to Helping and asked if I can be matched with another cleaner and have the fee waived, given he's not holding up his end of the agreement. They declined because I had more than 1 appointment already. Helping did nothing to rectify the situation.

I would suggest you avoid all of this mess and just look elsewhere for a cleaner. At this price point, it's not hard to find better service.

It was my first time with helpling. It was easy to get a home helper for cleaning. And overall, I am satisfied.

I looked for cleaners on the Helping platform. As I needed a 4 and half hour cleaning service, I searched for not expensive cleaners.

I selected a cleaner charging euros 11,35 euros per hour.
That cleaner was not available, so Helping suggested me 2 different cleaners.
I accepted one of the Helping suggested cleaners, as Helping showed me the same price per hour (euros 11,35).
I received Helping email where the hourly rate is clearly confirmed.

I paid the Helping one-off fee of euros 34,90 (so, to use the platform ONE SINGLE time, clients pay 34,90).

The cleaner arrived at home and did a very good job, but when I paid him he told me that the hourly rate price was not 11,35 rather 18. The cleaner showed me two emails and his personal profile on the Helping platform were it was written that the agreed price for his service was 18 euros.
I did not want to argue with him as he worked hard and I fully understood he was honest and correct.
So I paid him 81 euros instead of 52.

I explained everything to Helping via email. The Client Service confirmed via email their mistake and said that something somehow went wrong.

As Helping instantly confirmed per email their own mistake I thought Helping would have reimbursed me the 29 euros I paid in addition to the initial agreed total.

Helping did not reimburse me, rather offered me a free booking request; namely, to get the reimbursement, I basically need to spend money again requesting a new cleaning service and Helping would not charge me a new one-off fee of euros 34,90.

In a nutshell: not reliable platform and a company that does not know how to loyalize / maintain clients.

I rate 1 star and not ZERO star as the cleaner did an excellent job.

The Helpling.nl website is really easy to use in order to setup appointments for cleaning.

I'm having very good experience lately with the change in time. I had to extend the timing for extra cleaning and probably I will reduce it when on holidays and all it's easy and efficient. Great system!

Scam policy. They recently changed their policy and sneakily made it seem like you are about to have a 34 EUR total fee. Which in fact, you are paying 34 EUR just for a "matching fee" lmao. What a bunch of crooks. Then they send a person to you that you have not selected, not on your budget initially selected on the App. Then they pretend that they don't know what is going on when they precisely know what is going on.

Absolutely ridiculous app, WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND! I initially booked a cleaner via the app and paid 34 euros thinking it was a sort of deposit, I then had to change the date for the cleaning date, so went to the app, unfortunately the cleaner couldn't make it at that time so the booking got cancelled. I then went on to book another slot for which I got charged 34 euros again. After our cleaner came to us I assumed the 34x2 would be towards paying her, but no those 2x 34 euros are actually a ridiculous matching fees. I called Helpling to get a refund (I didn't even get a cleaning service from the first booking) and they told that was y fault as I change the date, I mean the flexibility is the point of an app isn't it???

when I opened my account and selected ONE cleaner on the app, I was directed to pay an amount. In my human mind this amount had to do with the cleaner that I have selected. However, I contacted the support services to ask them the reason of this payment. I received a crazy response telling me that the reason for paying this amount is for the app service to help me find a cleaner. In shock with their response, because I never consent to any of this i contacted the support line. The lady that picked up the phone told me that this is somewhere in the terms and conditions (well hidden I believe) and that they will not refund me the amount even though I did not consent. What is going on in the world? No consent to anything that is happening? I cannot help it but few frustrated and disappointed. I wish someone informed me about this fraud system of the app. So I hope this message will alarm some new customers out there and DO NOT CHOOSE THIS APP. BIG FRAUD!!

Such a good site that I recommend! Easy and fast to find someone to clean and specifically for what you need! I was matched with our cleaner in just a matter of hours and it’s been smooth sailing since! Very professional how the whole team handles everything.

This is a great service. We were matched with a cleaner easily and with minimal effort. Our cleaner has been reliable and given good quality cleaning service. Highly recommend!
