I am very happy with helpling service. The portal helped me to find great match for my cleaning requirements. Very helpful staff who helped me to change my booking couple of times over phone. The cleaner also did the great job. overall good experience. Going to book another booking soon!

Helpling offers great services. Their cleaners are professional, their customer service is quick at answering, and their app functions well. Overall it is a very safe and reliable way to get cleaning services performed at your house, one that I would definitely recommend to others. Besides, you have the opportunity to refer friends and get a 25% discount, which is lovely. I also like the fact that they are insured, and you can get in touch with them in case of an accident or something. However, I do wonder what cut they take from their cleaners, hopefully, it is not too much.

Overall a great platform. You can be lucky and find someone truly excellent (as I did), but sometimes you also may encounter amateurs. I encourage people to try and find out. The customer service and all the backend Helpling provides is top-notch. Just make sure you choose someone with a solid review on their website.
