Positives: Website comms quite good.

Negatives: Booking process a little bit cumbersome. E.g. cannot easily check details of proposed cleaners without having to start the whole booking again.

Very simple and clear booking system, price was as agreed, nice discounts and the cleaner was excellent.

Helpling is a great site to use because it is easy to manage and you can schedule your appointments as it best fits you. If you are on holidays it's possible to cancel the appointment and if you need an extra session it's easy to find a person for that too. the cleaners are trustworthy although you need to explain very well what is expected and how you want things done.

Overall I'm happy with helpling :) it is a good way to find a cleaner. However, I feel like it can be difficult to find someone who is consistent & good for a longer period of time. Hopefully we are luckier in the future!

it's a nice handy service. then you just need to get lucky with the helper but, overall, helping works pretty well

Helping is a great service - I like the flexibility and being able to access a roster of professionals. Customer service is also excellent. If things go wrong, they are very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. The only thing is that the professionals I've used are really hit and miss, some have been great whereas some probably shouldn't even be doing that job. So, to a degree there is a lack of quality control, which I suppose to be expected from a platform like this. But overall I've had many more positive experiences than negative ones.

I have had a great experience using Helping so far. Their platform is a great medium to find the best services providers, communicate and make secure, transparent payments.

Really nothing to complain about. The Helpling came on time stayed later! everything was shining after that and she promised that next time she would even do more. What more to want? :) Great service so far!

I had booked a one time clean up. The website is very convenient and I could arrange it fast. The cleaner came on time and did everything that I wanted. I am really satisfied. I would definitely use their services again.

An easy way to plan cleaning of your apartment. I’ve been using the app for about half a year and everything has been good so far. Whatever question I had, they were all resolved very quickly, communication is fast and easy. No complaints at all

Cleaner turned up. I was counting on help to get the place ready for tennants. Took one look and left because she didn't feel like working this day. Totally worthless waste of my time. Helpling of zero help, no repercussions for the cleaner so keeps same behaviour in future
