Great customer service from the Helping team. A great “set and forget” app.

I’ve been using Helpling on and off for a couple of years now and on the whole, I am really happy with the service they provide. The prices are reasonable, the booking system is close to user friendly, the response time is great and I feel confident that they will provide professional, trustworthy and reliable service.
But In the end, I really think it’s all about finding the right person for you. They are, after all, in your home, handling your possessions so you need to feel comfortable with that person.
Although none of the cleaners I’ve had has done a bad job per se, I guess I’m just a little particular about how I like things done so have tried a few different people over the years. Something that Helpling facilitates really well and with the minimum of fuss.
However, I now have the lovely Yessenia and she’s fabulous. I’m so pleased with how she looks after my home.
I’d definitely recommend giving Helpling a go.

Monica has been cleaning our home for several months now. I work from home and its so easy to have Monica in the house while I'm working. She is very pleasant, polite, considerate and does a great job. She is a great communicator and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Easy to use website and great communication if any questions/ or any issues. If one cleaner does not work out, you can easily change. Cost is fair and reasonable.

On time, thorough and quick. Those have been my experiences. Having 2 people with their own vacuum cleaner shortens the time taken and this means excellent.
