The first cleaner I got didn't really do a good job. And she didn't mop when I made a point of saying that was a priority. I requested a new cleaner, they no one showed up. No notification. They then tried to charge me a $100 cancellation fee because I didn't want to reschedule. To put this in perspective, the total cleaning for the day would have only amounted to $70. The person on the phone was also rude... Additionally, I attempted numerous times to contact them. But they only respond to customer enquires via e-mail and not promptly. While they advertise a response "within 1 business day" several days go by without any response. Additionally, there does not seem to be any internal communication as each customer service representative appears to have no idea about previous grievances. My issues are still ongoing as they insist on charging me. I had to cancel my credit card. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaner.

Scam company
Engaged their service but was charged even when cleaner failed to turn up for 2 consecutive weeks. Wanted to terminate their service and they still have the cheek to charge a $300 termination fee when they have breached their agreement in the first place! They insisted they are just a matching platform and have done their part when they matched a cleaner for you, what happens between the cleaner and you is none of their business!

Absolutely terrible.
We booked a cleaner and they cancelled her for no reason. They contacted us to say they had cancelled, when we said we didn't want it cancelled they said they would cancel the cancellation. Cleaner never showed up, subsequently saying they had cancelled her (and saying they had messed up before because their communication was terrible).
In our case Helpling tried to blame the cleaner, I know who I believe.

Eduardo did a great job with the house. Was very thorough. Not only did he do a better clean than previous cleaners, he also managed to get to more rooms in the house in the available time.

I've been a customer for 3 or more years now. Very happy with the service and staff provided. My only issue is that they can't replace someone when they are sick on the day - other than that, I'm very happy.

Fabulous clean!
Renata was fabulous!!! She seems to understand that a tidy house is lovely, but a CLEAN house is what I love! She tidies beautifully but with children this rarely lasts. What's great about Renata is that she actually cleans and makes my life a whole lot easier! Thanks Renata!!!
