First time using the app. I found it a little tricky to use, however someone was always on hand immediately on WhatsApp to help, and they were brilliant. The cleaner I hired was exceptional. Brilliant at her job, and such a warm and polite person too. Prob the best experience of this sort that I have had regarding hiring a cleaner from an online service. Whole process felt very human. And I will defo use Helpling and hopefully the same cleaner again!

Easy to book, our cleaner is fabulous

So far so good. However it is early days.

Great cleaner, house was left smelling fresh and clean and was cleaned to a very good standard and the site means you can change your schedule easily and just send a request.

Very good service, excellent cleaner.
I must admit the Helping has improved very much over the last two years!
And they have been providing to me a cleaner who is doing a very good job diligently and methodically for a period over 2 years.
Please continue to this lever of service in the years to come too

My cleaner has been coming for 8 weeks. She is very punctual, hard working, very thorough and leaves a high quality finish. She does not speak much English but we get by.

Pleased so far. The app is simple to use, and everything can be done over the platform keeping things easy. Our cleaner was friendly and efficient- we will keep using them.

Great to find cleaners quickly. Also great to be able to see feedback from others about them.

Used on two separate occasions and had the same outcome. Generally poor and over priced cleans. Both cleaners have been slow and required extra time, and both have not been able to communicate in English even thought their prior messages were in English (likely Google translate).

Helpling didn't want to support and as soon as the money was transferred for the clean there was silence.

Will go direct next time.

First time hiring a cleaner but very impressed and should have done it years ago when our physical abilities prevented thorough cleaning

First time using Helpling after being recommended by a friend. Found a suitable cleaner, spoke over chat and agreed a time a day. Late the night before the cleaner messages to say they have covid and can we reschedule, so I suggest an alternative but no reply. Next day I received an email to say we have been charged for the clean! No one answers the phone lines, no one replies to emails and no ones replies to whatsapps via the Helpling whatsapp helpline. Cancelled all future cleans but I can not seem to get into contact with anyone to get my money back. Would not use again.

Great platform, what I like about them in particular is that you can contact their customer support via whatsapp and they are very quick to respond.

This is the most
Laughable cleaning service, most unprofessional and completely irresponsible - the cleaners are not vetted, and when there’s photo proof of nothing having been cleaned they deny everything saying it’s not their responsibility as their cleaners are freelance. I had
Tinga e my flat cleaned for 9 hours after they had been in to do a post tenancy clean. Shameful. There are so many diligent, respectful and honest people looking for work- don’t go near these cow boys.

My cleaner has being every week on time or early. She is very friendly, approachable and fun. Although she speaks little English only Portugese, but somehow were managing. The quality is very good and the cleaner exceeded my expectations this week, she did all the rooms very well. Thats my kitchen, bathroom, lounge, 2 bedrooms, hallway.
