They have done good cleaning and aftercare.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The management handled things unprofessionally and treated employees unfairly. When I tried to raise valid concerns, they accused me of lying instead of listening or investigating the situation. There was no respect, transparency, or proper communication. Working here was stressful and discouraging, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and honest work environment.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — COMPLETE DISASTER
Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any company. Booked for 3PM — they casually showed up over 2.5 hours late at 5:30PM with zero communication. Then, halfway through the job, they admitted they couldn’t do it properly and actually asked me to cancel the booking. Absolutely unprofessional, incompetent, and a complete waste of time.
If you value your time, money, or sanity — stay far away.

I am giving Pure the lowest possible rating and wish to warn others against using their services.

We instructed Pure to complete an ‘end of tenancy’ clean in September 2024 prior to new tenants moving into our house. A team of three cleaners arrived in the morning with several bags/suitcases worth of cleaning equipment. In order to clean our carpet, they used a product called ‘Rug Doctor’ and absolutely drenched our carpet causing thousands of pounds worth of water damage, forcing us to rent dehumidifiers to try and dry the carpet out. When that did not work, we had no choice but to urgently remove our damp carpet and underlay (by which point it was unsalvageable), and replace it at considerable expense. Our tenant’s move-in date was delayed by 2 weeks as a result - they described the carpet throughout the house as ‘sopping wet’ and ‘smelling of wet dog’. We had to compensate our tenants for this, again at considerable cost.

Whilst trying to resolve this with Pure, the point of contact with whom we were liaising was obstructive; refused to provide details of the company’s insurance/insurer (query whether Pure has professional liability insurance?); refused to put us in touch with the owner so we could escalate this to him; and in the end denied that the damage was caused by them (the carpet was fine the day before the clean, so who else could have caused the damage?).

To be clear, we do not wish to point the finger at the cleaners. They were not trained to clean carpets - responsibility for this lies with management.

If we could go back in time, we would not have instructed Pure. It would have saved a huge amount of money and stress. I would recommend that others avoid them.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Booking was taken by nandini on my 2 bedroom flat . She provided a checklist as to the items that were included in the clean. Unfortunately when I inspected the cleaning I found that
A) the cupboard under the sink was still left in the terrible state before they came
B) the door handles and switches had clearly not been touched. The cleaners said they did not want to touch the switches because they did not want to scratch them !
C) the sink in the kitchen was still stained and the cleaners explained that had it been a steel sink they would have been able to clean it properly (I don’t really think that’s a good enough excuse)
D) they did not remove the grime at the bottom of the toilet which could have been easily done with the right products and the use of a toilet brush. They could provide no proper explanation for this apart from their standard line “it could not be done”
E)the window sills where left with dust on them
F) the flat still had a horrible smell after completion . It seemed as though no bleech or any form of air freshener was used during / after the clean. Nandini mentioned that they use their own bleach / chemicals but did not say what they were . There was no evidence that any bleach or decent cleaning products had been used

Nandini did offer a reclean but I had no confidence that they would actually address my points a) to f) above as all she was interested in was making excuses as to why they could not deliver what they referred to as an “end of tenancy deep clean”

I asked if nandini would refund some of the fee that I paid but they refused and continued to make excuses.

Very disappointing experience indeed.

The booking was confirmed by Nandini and the cleaning was led by Mogli. The service was really good and professional. They don't just walk away after cleaning. Mogli called me back to make sure that the cleaning was up to the mark. I am really happy with the service

Mogli and the team spent over half a day ensuring my three-bed flat was cleaned to a high standard. Very impressive! I would use them again.

I called Nandini on the 2nd of Jan and they were able to send cleaners for an end of tenancy clean on the 3rd. Mogli and his colleague cleaned for 5 hours and did a pretty good job, there were still areas that needed cleaned afterwards. Unfortunately, there were a few things broken one of which was a guitar - the neck is completely snapped. They have tried lying about this but won't provide before pictures of that area. We took a before video while the cleaners were there and this shows the guitar in working order. Mogli offered to pay half the cost but we haven't received this. Nandini is not answering messages or calls.

**Update**
Mogli has paid 50% of the damaged guitar. I have been inundated with calls and messages from himself and the manager today asking me to remove my review.

I recently hired them for my end of tenacy cleaning job and was extremely happy with the results. My estate agent also shared the same view and did not have any further observations. Mogli and team was incredibly efficient and so confident that they offer 7 days guarantee (usually other services provide 3 days). This extended period was quite critical for me as it was during Christmas time, I was not sure when my estate agent can come for a final inspection. Their customer service was top-notch and kept me continuously updated. I highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service.

Excellent service from Pure End of Tenancy Cleaning. My tenants moved out and left the place a mess. I called Pure End of Tenancy on Mon and they sent a team on Tues. Brilliant service. Nandini and her colleague worked tirelessly for 5x hours and when they were done the flat was immaculate. Cannot rate the service highly enough.

I got a very good service with excellent cleaning on my entire flat ( 2bedrooms, 1hallway, 2bathrooms, 1kitchen and all appliances) with all proper chemicals & equipments. I would like to personally appreciate this person who did cleaning for my flat. He is so dedicated and very good in his works. I would recommend this guy (Mogli) for your service 👍🏽.
