Exceptional Customer Service plus
Assistant went above and beyond to help me; he was patient and knowledgeable. I wrote something in my review and agent called to assist me. Silly me lost my email with download links and instructions and was amazed person at Helpful Downloads followed up. How great is that! Totally unresponsive after repeated…
Totally unresponsive after repeated attempts to contact Helpful Downloads. Left message after message and still no response. At the scheduled time of the technical support call l because product would not download, still unresponsive. Called back no less than 5 times and still nothing. I would NEVER recommend and completely dissatisfied. You need to do better if you wish to receive better recommendations.

I was unable to download the package purchased. I went to the link and when I typed in the username and password given to me to get started, a prompt appeared telling me there is not account with that information. I called and left a message for someone to call me back. Thank you
