Absolute garbage. Used them years ago and it was fine. Purchased now twice and each time the license keeps saying expired and will not work or download sheets from Google Sheets to Excel. No customer support. DO NOT PAY THEM MONEY for a license.

I recently had trouble with Microsoft Office 2019 that I purchased from Helpful Downloads back in 2022. I was informed in writing at that time, that this was a one time purchase and if there were any issues, they would be fixed by Helpful Downloads. ( see email copy below )

Now they are refusing to honor the warranty and stated that they are no longer offering support for this product and that I should purchase a newer version from them. Very deceptive practice, they should offer the client a solution as they stated previously. A permanent fix to the original software and or an upgrade to a newer version.

Avoid this company at all costs as they will deceive you somewhere down the road.

I bought the 365 program. It was three days before I got the download information and directions. I needed the program the next day so, I downloaded and purchased it from another outlet. I have ask for a refund almost every day since and I have not got a response except to rate my experience. I have all my e mail communications with them to back up my charges. Order number is

This site is selling products keys that will be deactivated by Microsoft. These keys are obtained from not reputable sources. I have been working with Microsoft to track down their source which turns out to be well a lets just say its not what they should be selling. You need to beware the prices tag is great, but once Microsoft deactivates they key you lose everything connected to that account. I have reported this website to Shopify and they are in the process of investigating along with Microsoft. Attempts to call have been unsuccessful their address is a UPS store in Atlanta, GA so letters do no good. And instead of replying to a ticket (their support system) they simply delete it. I know the price looks good but its not worth it.

I purchased a 5 user license for office 2019. It worked fine until about a month ago. I've submitted trouble tickets and never received a response. Today I tried to call and the phone number (833) 702-1570 was not available. A real bad sign.

Ordered product and was using it within 5 minutes.

I have trying to contact Helpful download for a whole week. The phone does not connect and they are not returning emails. Are they still in business? very frustrating. They do not deserve any stars.

I have emailed multiple times to get this issue resolved and have not heard back once. I made the purchase last month and when I try to use any word product it is saying my purchase is expired and I need a new sign on to be able to use the programs I already purchased.

Very slow response. Tickets has been more then two days (>7 days).

It was a bit tricky finding the site to download the software from Microsoft. But once I did, no problems and its GREAT

This "company" is a JOKE! The phone number routes to an auto-reorder, so it does not exist. Support emails go unanswered for weeks, while the auto-reply "thanks for..." goes out quickly. They gave me a Ticket number on Freshdesk, so that seems real... however, after I updated my comments there to ask where the heck my support was, they locked me out of the system with a "your account has been deactivated" message.

It would be no big deal, IF I were not locked out of every MS document I have ever created, and I have tons. More than 2-weeks without access to my files.

Maybe they did not like the fact that I called them out as a scam located in some third-world country.

What a joke. Only I am not laughing. Run from them. Whoever gave them a 5-star review must have been paid. I'd give the - 5-stars if it was an option.

I purchased a lifetime-guaranteed Office 365 package from "Helpful" Downloads, but when Microsoft deactivated my access to the suite and I emailed and phoned the company multiple times to have my service reactivated I received no response (and the phone number had been disconnected!). As a result of my experience, I advise anyone considering the purchase of Office 365 from the company not to do so: You'll be better off buying directly from Microsoft.

There is ZERO communication with this company. I couldn't find where the download went too and the directions were wrong. I emailed and called multiple times to multiple numbers and multiple emails. I figured out on my own how to download it but now can't get into the account to use my program. So frustrating AND I'm out money.

It was what I ordered and I had the ability to download and install it within 15 minutes.

Excellent ease of download. Accurate and complete introductions. Customer service is available.

This company is a scam. The ID and passwords they sell do not work. And after purchase no one will respond. I had to contact my bank to get the charges reversed. ZERO stars is accurate.
