After reading other reviews of tickets arriving last minute and some of working. I was concerned this would happen to me.

We were refused entry to the venue with the original QR code sent from hello tickets.
Although this was very annoying, and a worry that we had been scammed, I sent messages to the customer services.
Within 30 minutes, the issues was resolved and we recieved the correct QR code to gain entry.
Customer services kept intouch throughout the evening to make sure everything was ok.
I was very impressed with the service.

I would use Hello tickets again.

Everything went fine. It is very easy to make a reservation. Instructions were very clear and trip to Krka was pleasent and our guide Nina was great

I ordered tickets for Olivia Dean August 2025. I was a little worried when advised after, that the tickets would arrive on the day of the concert in April 26. I was very happy and relieved that Hellotickets sent the tickets 3 days before the concert. Very happy with the service and will def book again with them.

I bought my tickets last year in September, the ticket number is #1625385. Today I tried to log into my account and cancel it due to being unable to attend the concert anymore. First, I couldn’t get into my account because it said there’s no account with that email, which it clearly is. And second, LET ME CANCEL the tickets or at least send me them so I can sell them. I sent two emails to contact you and nothing happened. HORRIBLE experience, please cancel my tickets!!!!

Everything was ok, from the booking till the delivery of the tickets. We received them quite late but due to the excellent communications we got, we didn't worry.

I have been waiting for two tickets for a Take That event for the 6th of June in Coventry since start of the year.

I was a bit concerned the nearer to the date we got and I hadn't received the tickets for Alex Warren. The day before he concert, I emailed and got a reply within 10 minutes, confirming everything was ok and this was the normal process. That evening the tickets arrived by email and were quickly uploaded to the AXS app so all was good. The tickets were for my daughter and she had an amazing time. I would use Hellotickets again.

Really easy to buy tickets.

These were a birthday gift and the whole process of buying, receiving and transferring the tickets was very easy.

Buying was easy, but getting a refund was a nightmare. I ended up losing $300 just trying to save some money. This is a perfect example of why 'buy cheap, buy twice' is so true. Stay away.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.I bought tickets over a year ago to a football match in May .Since then a family member has become very seriously ill and we cannot attend.I told them the change in circumstances and asked if I could have a refund for at least some of the money the answer was NO please refer to terms and conditions.What I dont understand is they dont even offer any sort of cancellation plan when you book so you NEVER have any chance of getting a REFUND
Also every few weeks I keep getting asked to give passport details for every guest attending with a different email address for each onenwhich for just football tickets and I dont understand why .Its very personal info to give over to a ticket seller.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Scam Website, don't trust them, don't use them. They are based out of Spain and will never give a neuron of thought to customer service or consider a cancellation regardless of circumstance or how immediate your cancellation request is.
