Happy with My Stay

I really enjoyed my stay with the landing! :) Lisa was always very responsive. Any questions or help that was needed she was always there. She made sure I had everything and that the Apt was to my liking. I really appreciate the comfort she brought me.
I definitely will be using the landing again for all my contract needs! I will also let other travelers know about this company as well. Thank you!

I Wish There Was a Zero-Star Option

I know it was too good to be true. At first, they act like they have great customer service and respond to any issue with care. We genuinely felt at home and tried to give back by reporting some maintenance issues where previous poorly handled repairs had caused damage to the house. Instead of thanking us for actually caring and trying to help, they held those expenses against us and, completely out of the blue, kicked us out without any warning. I even talked to the Executive Resolution Manager, but she was entirely useless.

On top of that, there was a major issue with their drop-off key lock box. We wasted 30 minutes trying to make it work, but had no luck. We tried reaching out to them right then and asked for help, but didn't get any response, so we were forced to leave the key in the room. Later that day, they reached out and told us they are charging us $100 for not putting it in the lock box—and they are actually using this as a reason why they are canceling our membership!

The final straw was when we realized we forgot some items in the room. We reached out to ask about them, and they just told us they didn't have them. Then, they actually shamed us and got angry at us for forgetting things in the first place, explicitly mentioning that as another reason for canceling our membership!!! This place is incredibly unprofessional, vindictive, and petty. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Outstanding platform for furnished corporate housing

The Landing made locating fully-furnished corporate housing simple. The apartment is beautifully furnished, fully equipped and the platform very easy to use. Communication before, during and after move-in was outstanding and made for a seamless move to a new city. We will certainly use the Landing again for future corporate short-term housing needs.

A home away from home

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Amanda Young's Airbnb for two months, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Amanda was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed throughout our extended stay.
The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home, which was especially important during a longer stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, Amanda responded quickly and was always helpful and accommodating.
We truly appreciated her hospitality, attention to detail, and the care she put into ensuring a positive experience for our family. I would highly recommend staying with Amanda to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host. Thank you, Amanda, for making our two-month stay such a pleasant and memorable experience!

It started fine

It started fine, I was renting from Landing due to the furnished apartments and ease of process. Then it has turned into a nightmare bug infestation scenario that just won’t be handled properly. They are easy to rent from and pricing is clear. But once they “have” you, you are no longer important any longer. Two main issues: 1) The WiFi has gone out multiple times and when I call the provider, they tell me that Landing has not paid the bill. But, they only let a Landing Approved rep make the payment to bring it current. I tried to give them my money and they could not take it. I have my own company and work from “home” so even 24 hours with no WiFi sets me back. They always beat around the bush and won’t admit it’s because they didn’t pay the bill, but I have received verbal confirmation that is the problem multiple times. And 2) The biggest one- Bug Infestation that they will not resolve. In the 4 months I have lived in this unit, I have complained of bug infestation multiple times and have received one single bug treatment. I will upload a video because it is disturbing and disrespectful. I never write reviews, even when the place sucks because who knows, maybe I had the one bad experience in a hundred stays. I would try to find a different company. They have a great business plan, but just don’t how to operate it quite yet. You’ll notice that if you book for 10 days, the unit is unavailable but if you change it to 30 days, everything is available. So it’s not a true vacation type rental. Ok I’m done… I WILL figure out a way to upload a video of the bugs

Good until something goes wrong, then very risky

I chose Landing again because I had used the service in the past and had a good experience. I even planned my flexible housing around it after selling my home. This recent experience changed my view completely.

The problem was not just one mistake. I had a key return issue where I followed the checkout instructions available to me, could not get clear help from support, and was later charged a 100 dollar key fee. After I disputed that charge, Landing disabled my paid membership while I was traveling internationally and required a wire payment plus extra fees before restoring access.

Later, for a reservation in Alexandria, VA, Landing told me on check in day that the apartment would be ready later that day. Then the reservation was cancelled or made unavailable the same day. I did not cancel it. That ruined my housing plan and forced me to scramble.

Landing then said it would no longer provide future accommodations. They acknowledged refunds for unused nights, the key charge, and membership, but I do not see where the membership refund was issued. They later reduced the refund and required a settlement agreement before processing it.

My warning is simple: Landing can be convenient when everything works, but if access, billing, or support fails, the customer can be left without housing and forced to fight for refunds.

Immaculately, clean and thoughtful modern apartment!

From the check-in process to my each day waking up now, the whole experience has been far better than any hotel or Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in.. and I’ve traveled for most of my career/life. They have thought of every single thing that you would possibly need, the apartment was spotless and immaculately clean! The pillows are comfy and the couch, rug, and blankets are so cozy. The general manager Anne is always there to assist. The app is also quite useful with pictures of every single step on how to check in and the amenities throughout the stay. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and family.

My Landing Experience

Landing exceeded my expectations on every level. Had a bumpy start France did everything possible to correct my issue and insured that I enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to France he was awesome. I will stay at this landing location again (Daytona Beach).

Great Place to Stay

The apartment was clean and functional with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, dish soap, a dishwasher, laundry machines, and anything else we might have needed. We could walk to the conference we were going to. It was spacious and clean. We would have been comfortable to stay for longer than a week if we needed.

My stay with landing started with a…

My stay with landing started with a problem . My gate key would NOT open . This is how I was able to meet Ashley, my friendly service rep from the company. Even after a reboot my access code wouldn’t work . Ashley drove out of her way to come to my facility to help reset and make sure I was able to get to my apartment . Talk about tight security !!!
Really great job and a great lady. She has stayed in touch just to make sure I was comfortable. Now that’s what I call “Great Service 👍

Brand new apartment, great rate

The apartment is brand new, the bedrooms are nicely separated, and the two en suite bathrooms are spacious. Although contact with management was all through text, they were pretty responsive. I asked for a quiet unit, and I got it.

Great apartment with few growing pains

Great apartment. Clean, kitchen well stocked. The mattress plastic cover needs replacing. Outstanding gym for the square footage. Nice neighbors/residents, mostly students. Needs a shelf in the shower. First world problems.
Bugs in the security app, that allows access to all entry points, and the aggravation caused, prevents this from being a 5 star. Management was responsive.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Very clean and good furniture

Very clean, sufficient utensils, good working washer and dryer, furniture is vey good in condition. Location is great and responsible price. We love to stay.
