Several mistakes already done from…
Several mistakes already done from Helan. Last time it took them over a month to reply saying the document wasn't correct when it was. Most reimbursement take over a month compared to securex and Partena. Not worth it at all. All of their trust pilot replies seem so kind and say they will resolve the problem, absolutely nothing changes or is done about it. Helan has become the worst health insurance in Belgium!!
