Great help.. I was stuck and confused how to do couple things while ordering ipv4 block from heficed. Karolis helped me out and didn't leave until I was able to complete the whole transaction seamlessly. Would def recommend Heficed.

They make unwanted changes forcing you to waste your time to migrate from one server to another or pay them to do this. Prices can suddenly change as well.

We are very sad about your experience with us. It definitely not representative of the way we want to treat our clients. Regarding VPS migration. Unfortunately, we couldn't provide a fully-automated migration at that moment, which would make things a lot easier. However, we have notified all impacted clients 3 months in advance and given 3 months window to choose a type of service migration.
We think this was a reasonable time to take action for every impacted client before legacy VPS EOL (End-of-Life). Furthermore, migration to the new cloud stack was partially manual and required impacted clients to transfer the old server's data to their new server and install an OS template on the new machine.
We appreciate your feedback, and we will consider adding extra assistance in handling such cases.
Our pricing policy is to adjust the market pricing. However, we do not change pricing frequently. In your case, you're probably referring to Heficed Connect (internet bandwidth) global pricing change, as we were given free internet plans to many of our clients for many years.

Been with it for over 6 years running a…
Been with it for over 6 years running a VPS and so far looks good. There's a few routing issues with some ISPs around the same region but it only affect if you run gameservers like myself.
I was also given a great customer support experience with it, and a price that I couldn't find elsewhere for the resources I have now.
Still happy with their support and services :)
