Staff who gave you confidence with clear directions.

The team at Heart Scan Direct are absolutely fantastic and true specialists in their field. I have visited multiple times over the past year and had the opportunity to meet most of the team, every interaction has been positive.

No question is ever too small, and you are always made to feel valued and important. The facility itself is outstanding, with everything on-site, from a CT scanner and blood testing to a wide range of specialist equipment, which means the team can diagnose with speed and confidence.

All of my follow-up consultations have been extremely thorough, and I have never felt rushed at any stage. The care and attention to detail are second to none.

I would highly recommend Heart Scan Direct and the SCVC.

Efficient, kind, empathetic

From the moment I arrived to when I left, I was looked after very well. All the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. I felt very much at ease.

I had a very successful visit to VCL. Two members of staff, a nurse and a radiologist were very professional, friendly and supportive. They guided me through the entire process around the scanning and ensured I felt comfortable at all times.

Easy parking swift attention staff very friendly

Very efficient. Easy parking. Seen very quickly despite arriving early. Made absolutely sure I was OK to drive afterwards.

Excellent team - very quick when they got to me and lovely people.
Only reason not 5 stars is that they were an hour late because of a backlog - but they did keep me informed and were obviously doing their very best to make up time.

Courteous and helpful staff. Procedure clearly explained. 5 stars for them. 4 stars due to shortcomings in the premises. No air conditioning. No adequate disabled access (front door awkward to operate, particularly by the elderly). Sitting area small.
