Please beware this is a scam website ‼️ they sent a delivery in form of a card saying best wishes. Don’t buy!!!

Caught up in the euphoria of decorating my new home. I spent £69 with Heart Galore only to receive ZIP, ZILCH NADA, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT A "CHEEKY" BEST WISHES CARD! Absolute scam do not get enticed by the lovely looking site...

DON'T buy from this scam marketplace! It's a shame that 1 star is the mininum. If I could have rated them zero I would. I ordered multiple things from this platform thinking that I was buying from a Zara Clearance sale only afterwards looking at TrustPilot to find that it was likely a scam site. However when I received tracking info as soon as the order was placed I thought that maybe I was one of the lucky ones. I waited for 4 weeks for the delivery following the tracking every day. FInally a couple of days ago later it told me that my order had been delivered to my letter box ( although I'd ordered furniture). What I found was a tiny envelope with a card saying Best Wishes inside. Nice touch. I tried to contact them in Chinese using ChapGPT but surprisingly haven't heard back.

Total Scam company ,take your money and without any shame send you a thankyou note with no items !!!!
They should be prosecuted by the China authorities and band from the internet

Actually no stars of course. It is totally a scam. I ordered what I thought was surplus Zara household items. £120
Nothing arrived and no response to emails.
But from China today a little plain card which simply says Best Wishes.
My fault. If it looks too good to be true then it is too good to be true.

SCAM - you will never receive you goods. They have the cheek to send you a "Best wishes" note just to rub it in.

An absolute scam received nothing in an envelope. Thrives and they need to be stopped

I ordered £40 worth of homeware what I received was a ‘package’ from China through Royal Mail all tracked etc but all was inside was a card saying best wishes! Awful. I now need to be on high alert for future scams as they obviously have my details.

This company is just stealing people's money. I placed an order. Then read the trust pilot reviews...I cancelled the order immediately and started messaging to get my £48 returned. This company has no website address but it is listed on the Shop platform. There is no mechanism by which to contact them apart from a emailing some random names person whose English is virtually non existent. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

BEWARE! Do not get sucked in by the use of reputable brand names ZARA & SHOPIFY. They take your order, (in my case, 6 x towels) send tracking number which suspiciously gets ‘stuck’ in customs for 3-4weeks only to arrive as an envelope containing a blank ‘thank you’ card. This is so that they can say & confirm your ‘package’ has been delivered.6 towels do NOT fit into a 10 x 15cm envelope! Am Angry beyond words.

If I could write a zero I would. I just want to thank this store for its wonderful goods you don't receive. I received a card with a very pretty flamingo costing over £100 its beautiful probably cost a penny per hundred. Enjoy my money you scamming 🤬 PLEASE STAY AWAY do not buy under any circumstances. I wish I'd read these comments prior purchasing. Name should be no heart.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! Do not trust this website which is advertised all over social media. I never received my order.

This company do not fulfill any of their obligations to make sure customers receive their goods. They take your cash but no items are ever received. Nor did they have the courtesy to answer any emails.

Scam, products never came, however I received my money back through the SHOP platform via the fraud team at Nat West… DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE !!

DO NOT USE. scammers. They send a best wishes card from China. It’s disgusting. I only ordered because they used shop pay so I thought it was legit. I’m so angry.
