They over charged me so 2 minutes later…

They over charged me so 2 minutes later I asked to cancel the order they said it had already been dispatched...it took 14 days to arrive. The package had no paper work so I emailed them for the address to make a return. They refused to supply an address so I bombarded them with emails, they still would not give an address.
Eventually I was offered first 25% discount and then 50% and I could keep the product, which is rubbish.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM

I was going to leave a 1 star review…

I was going to leave a 1 star review due to lack of transparency over the actual price charged during the ordering process.

I thought I was paying £15.99 and though I went through Paypal, I was not shown the actual amount until the email confirmation.

However, I nearly had a heart attack on seeing I had been charged over £77.

I immediately requested that I receive the minimum quantity and receive a refund for the extra. This was within less than an hour of ordering but I got a message saying this was not possible as it had already been dispatched.

It took over a week to arrive.

Customer service other than automatic response requires phoning Lithuania.

I decided I had been scammed and £77 was the price of the lesson not to trust utube adverts and be more wary when the actual price charged does not appear when paying.

However, before leaving a warning 1 star review, I decided to try the product, not expecting it to work.

There is no list of ingredients and it is certainly not eco friendly. All packaging is plastic.

However, to my surprise it did quickly dissolve grouting dirt and oven grease.

So I am giving 3 stars.

The product is actually quite good. It is a pity the amount payable is not transparent on the website and immediate refunds/alterations are impossible due to automation.

If they improve transparency of total amount payable on their website and improve customer service, they may be able to salvage their business from all the negative reviews.

I am actually quite pleased with the product and at least buying 24 tablets will last a long time, albeit I would have baulked at paying £77 for a houshold cleaner.

Ridiculously expensive product which does not do as advertised. Do not buy!

Unfortunately, it is not as described, accordingly I should be grateful for the return of my money for the purchase of this product. Here are my views:

It does not break down tough stains, grime and grease effortlessly
It does not dissolve stains, reducing the need for scrubbing and repeated applications
It is not an all in one cleaning option, therefore reducing the cost of multiple cleaning products
It does not eliminate odours
It’s advertised as non-toxic, however, there is no list of ingredients – therefore unclear if this statement is true
See above statement, the nature of the product is unclear
I have asked for the return of my money!

Complete rubbish product and total cost more than what you realise its going to be

There's an expression - A fool and their money are often parted. Very true in my case. I have cupboards full of products that have been a complete waste of money. Sadly Lixiclean falls into that same category. I put two tablets into the bottle, squirted it onto my oven's large grill dish and left it for over an hour. Then scrubbed at the thing for another half hour. The result was disappointing to say the least with a lot of residue stains still remaining (I would show you photo's if I was able) and it didn't work at all on the mould in my shower cubicle. Maybe I needed more tablets, maybe I should have scrubbed harder?? I will give it another go when I can raise the enthusiasm. I advise - don't waste your cash. Its a shame that people get suckered into purchasing these products that look fab in the video's and I should have just saved myself the £63 for a plastic spray (that drips product if its not turned to the close position) and 18 tablets. Guessing these will join the other rejects in my cupboards!!

I also tried to stop my order 15…

I also tried to stop my order 15 minutes after placing it as an extra £10 shipping and handling charges had been added. I was told it had already been picked packed and left for delivery in that time so could not cancel. It was supposed to arrive in 5-9 working days but did not arrive for 19 days . The parcel was clearly date stamped 16 days after my order was placed. When you try to complain their replies do not refer to any point you have made. This company has no ethics I have given up trying to get anywhere with them and have now blocked them. Buyer beware, only wish I had read your reviews before wasting my money

LIXICLEAN IS A SCAM !!!

LIXICLEAN IS A SCAM !!!
Cost me over £77. Asked them via email to cancel immediately. They would not.
It came to me showing no return address. I emailed them saying this was a SCAM and I requested the return address. Several emails passed to and fro, offering me first 25% back, then 50% and so on. I referred them to the Distance Selling Regulations, now encompassed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
They emailed me saying:
"After further discussion, I am pleased to confirm that your refund for order has been processed. You do not need to return the item. Refund of £77.9 was credited to your PayPal account and should be reflected by now".
Do this and get them shut down.
This stuff is selling on Amazon for around £10.
Hope this helps ...

Avoid at all costs

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Ordered their cleaning tabs on 17th July and had an email that same day stating my order had been "Quality-Checked, Packed and Ready to Leave our Warehouse". They also promised I would get a tracking number within 24 hours - that never happened. After a week I emailed to ask for an update and to report that I still had no tracking number and was told "All successfully placed orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours after you make a purchase. If the order was placed successfully you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email or tracking information 48 hours after placing the order - reach out to us again and we’ll check the status for you". Another week passed, still no tracking number so I emailed them again, to be asked to confirm my address this time as they need this to query with the courier!
On July 30th I contacted them again, this time they said "Your order is about to be shipped. However delivery services has informed us that some information is incomplete or incorrect. Could you please provide the following information, so that we can make sure that the delivery is successful:
Your phone number
Your full address
Once you reply back, your order will be shipped right away."
This is despite the fact I had confirmed my address more than once in previous emails!
Then on July 31st I get this message from them "Unfortunately, due to the high demand for this item, we ran out of stock, and we will not be able to process your order. We have just issued you a full refund for your order. The money should reach you in 5 business days if you paid with a credit card. If you used PayPal, the refund should already be there." As I paid with Paypal I have been checking my account ever since and, you've guessed it - no refund yet and I am doubtful I will ever receive one.

It’s a scam dangerous product

Too many claims that it removes all stains off all surfaces and doesn’t cause skin irritation
And the verified user endorsements are all stock photos so are fake
Avoid as it’s just a scam

Absolutely rubbish but customer service responsive

Absolutely rubbish. Firstly, it was a horrible shopping experience. The cost was not clear. I ended up spending £54.84 when I thought the cost was £24.94. As soon as the payment went through and I realised the true cost, I immediately contacted the company to ask for a refund. I was told the order had already been packed and dispensed. When the order arrived 7 days later, the trigger spray function did not work. Then its spring and stopper fell off. The spray trigger is cheap plastic and not robust at all. Customer service has said it would send a replacement trigger to arrive in a further 7 days. I cannot test if it is the miracle non-toxic cleaner that it has been promised, as I cannot use it. I will update this review once the trigger spray arrives. For now: NOT impressed.

UPDATE: 23/07/2025 A replacement spray top and bottle arrived in the post on this date. I did not need a second bottle. The replacement top was missing a lever to depress it so once again, it could not be used, and was useless and wasteful. My complaint continues.

UPDATE: 30/07/2025 I asked for a full refund. I was offered a 25% refund. I replied that a 50% refund would feel more fair. I am pleased to say this was accepted and I have now received a 50% refund. Hopefully in due course I can report on the actual product. In the meantime, at least I can report that the customer service was responsive and positive.
