We never received the product
We never received the product. And there is no contact phone number so I’ve had to send an email, which I find very annoying and time-consuming! Not happy with this company at this point. We’ll see how they take care of it.

A pleasure to work with
I saw them online and needed a receiver. I was a bit uncomfortable but they responded quickly to email. Then did same for a couple pings. They shipped fast and the new receiver worked well.

First reason: Hears Hearing & Hearables offers a MUCH better price than was offered by the audiology practice connected to my HMO. (The HMO price was $350. The Hears Hearing & Hearables price is $235.)
Second reason: The customer service at Hears Hearing & Hearables is off-the-charts helpful and responsive. Malia went out of her way to help me navigate the purchase and the shipping options. Very impressed. And grateful!
