Excellent customer service
Healys website is easy to navigate with a good range of products. Ordering was straightforward and despatch prompt. My order was well packed. Sadly, the item was too small and I had to return. This required sending an email to say I wished to start a return, which was no problem and I got a friendly and helpful reply very quickly. Immediately they received the item back, I was contacted again to confirm and giving further info re my refund. This was in my bank account within 48 hours. Very impressed with Healys customer service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Definitely deserve this 5* rating.

It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Healys (I dealt with Mr Healy himself). For various reasons not to do with the business, there was a problem obtaining the goods via the online service but Mr H came up with a way around it, so that the goods (of excellent quality, I may add) were delivered quickly and efficiently. Can you imagine a business like HSBC, Virgin Media or Thames Water providing customer service remotely like that? No, neither can I.
