Below standard hazelnuts (10kg)
Ordered 10kg of hazelnuts which I regularly order from other suppliers. This was my first and last time with Healthy Supplies.
The hazelnuts were much smaller than normal, more like pellets than nuts, and had no flavour. My family refused to eat them.
I have had great difficulty getting satisfaction in this matter. Dom, Health Supplies, I felt was dismissive of my complaint, and was determined to haggle (not apologising but charging me for the nuts that I taken out of the box - to cook). I found his response as distasteful as the hazelnuts, and frankly even insulting. Thankfully I purchased the below par product via PayPal so I have consumer protection. It is currently in dispute. I will not be using Healthy Supplies again under any circumstances. I order 10kg bags of hazelnuts every few months, and 20kg boxes of brazil nuts twice a year.

Great products - packaging beaten up during delivery
Products were great - as expected. I deducted one star because the box used to package my order was completely bashed up when it arrived. No damage to the contents (nuts, seeds and grains) but anything small in the box would have fallen out and been lost.

We send all orders to the exact address a customer confirms at checkout. We're sad to hear this was your old address. We do ask all customers to make absolutely sure they delete old or incorrect addresses from any and all of the devices and payment platforms they use, as autofill settings can often mean incorrect or outdated details are filled in.
We send confirmation emails for each order, and urge customers to check these and get in touch urgently before dispatch if anything needs amending.

Ordering is stressful because you don't know if you'll receive your parcel.
I've been a customer since 2023, ordering regularly, but I'm increasingly dissatisfied. The last parcel (two months ago) sent by Evri was lost. A week ago, on February 12th, I placed an order for £90. On the website, I selected "not Evri" but another express courier. I paid an extra £5 to avoid shipping via Evri. But they did, sent again via Evri and the parcel went missing again. For comparison, if I order something on Amazon, Royal Mail delivers the parcel the next day. But Healthy Supplies insists on Evri. It's time to look for a new supplier. It's a shame, because this used to be a very good store. PS. Standard delivery is free for orders over £49. I paid much more and chose special courier delivery, which cost me an extra £4.99. It's the evening 7pm of February 17th, iam waiting and I still haven't received my parcel.

I would like to clarify a couple of points regarding your most recent order. The shipping option selected at checkout was Standard Delivery, which does not change the courier from Evri. The order was despatched two working days after it was placed, yesterday, in line with our processing times.
We have tracked the parcel and there is currently nothing to suggest that it is lost. The courier’s tracking shows that it is scheduled for delivery today between 16:00 and 18:00.
That said, we completely understand your previous concerns regarding delivery. As a gesture of goodwill, we have upgraded you free of charge to our premium courier service, not Evri, for this shipment to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there are any issues, as we are more than happy to investigate and resolve matters as quickly as possible.
