Shipping cost is very high

Shipping cost is very high. And it's take to long to deliver the product.

Hi Pratima,

I can understand the frustration with the delay and regarding the shipping cost -- however, specifically with the shipping cost, please do keep in mind we are shipping from Canada (Toronto, ON) into the U.S. (California) for your order and this international shipping cost is including duties, customs, and taxes prepaid, so you aren't hit with any unexpected fees once the parcel reaches you. After conversion, what you paid (which was paid in CAD) ends up working out to around ~$40 USD.

As for the delays, this is unfortunately the situation with *some* orders lately at U.S. customs being held/stuck without any clear indication as to why -- we've found that parcels which would normally take 2-4 business days to reach the U.S. are now taking ~1-2 weeks to clear, specifically when it comes to health products/supplements.

My genuine apologies for the delay, and we do hope that the shipping to the U.S. straightens out in the future and returns to what we were used to in the past (which was typically a very fast delivery timeline using the exact same shipping method and courier!)

The Good and Bad!

The prices are on the high side. Getting it delivered, you need to buy a lot to get free delivery. In store costs more. You need to wait online until product goes on sale. An item I wanted in store could only be ordered online. Products are good, at least the ones I tried. Stores are always clean and organized. They have a wide selection of supplements. Point system isn't the greatest.

Check your receipts before leaving

I was charged twice for the most expensive item in my cart. I should have checked before leaving the store - that’s on me - but it is not the first time this happens in this specific location.

Certainly, this is not acceptable, and not something I've heard happening across our retail stores -- which suggests to me that this might be isolated to that specific location, and could be an issue with a particular staff member that should be addressed, or an issue with the POS terminal there. Online store customer service sucks

Online store customer service sucks, they are not helpful with online orders, in case you messed up your order they won't help much. In person experience is way better. I been their customer for 10 years, but online support i received, not satisfied at all.
