Total billing scam. Crappy product. Hard to "unsubscribe".

I wish I've had read the reviews about this scam website, before I make orders!!!
I ordered a collagen for dogs and somehow, these scammers subscribed me for monthly delivery. They took the payment without asking me to authorise it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO BE EMPTIED!
I AM HAPPY TO CHANGE MY REVIEW IF THE WEBSITE REFUND ME!

COSTUMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.
I'VE EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT INSTEAD THEY SHIPPED IT.
THIS IS A SCAM!! THEY ARE SAVING YOUR BANK DETAILS AND TAKE MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION!!!
I HAD TO SPEAK WITH MY BANK TO BLOCK THIS SELLER FROM TAKING FUTURE PAYMENTS!
THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THEIR PRODUCT MADE MY DOG ILL, VOMITING.

I am very suspicious of this product - my wife purchased some because she was informed it was made in UK and a bona fide product. However delivery was delayed for a few weeks because the product had to come through customs! The packaging does not list the country of origin and does not give an address for the company. The only means of contact is an email address - which is fairly unresponsive! I also see that any comments on Facebook are now being hidden - I wonder what people are saying!? I would not deal with this company again and will just have to put the cost of the purchase down to experience!

I received my initial order and the product seemed to help my dogs itching, however, the second bottle delivered had a different label and had a very strong smell (I could smell it before opening the bottle). I have contacted customer service twice with no reply.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY- You will not receive your order and they will not respond to your emails. There is no phone number to contact them.

The communication is awful. I never hear back from them. There’s no phone number to call. I can’t get a tracking number. I think they just ripped me off. Been a very awful experience. I would never use this company again.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I’m going to do a report through the BBB and see if I can get my money back. No way to communicate with them. 😕

I placed an order on May 1st 2026 here it is May 10th still no order shows up I've tried tracking the order is not moving it doesn't even say where it's at or where it's been there's no telephone number I've left five emails nobody will return my email I don't know which site is the scam there's two or three different site they made it clear that there was one site that was a scam and they basically all look the same so I guess I'm out of my money like everybody else site says that it's coming from the US and it ships within 2 to 3 days from the factory so I should have already had it by now and somebody should have contacted me back with an email

Scam alert the stuff is garbage and they will then put you on a subscription plan. I ordered one bottle and just found my account debited for another one. They have not responded yet but giving them 2 days then will notify my bank of unauthorized payment. Too bad there is no zero stars. And yes it is made in China as they say it is not

I ordered a bottle of 3x collagen for my dog's inching and licking 2 weeks ago and I finally got it yesterday and it Is very cloudy and stinks. I've tried to contact them at Healthy Petz at the address on their site. Nothing! I'm not giving it to my dog like that. The return address on the package is like a personal address and from what I understood it's supposed to come from China but the address is Philadelphia, so I don't know what to believe. All I want is to be able to return it to them and get a refund of 39.98.. I have been trying to get a hold of these people ever since I was checking on the tracking asking him where it was. Has this been happening to other people?

Do not deal with this company. The product actually made my dog vomit. Trying to cancel my order has been a big problem with no satisfactory resolution. I only wish that I had read the reviews before ordering.

I would give zero stars if I could. I should have read reviews before purchasing.

This company signs you up to a subscription service! Without consent mind you.

Product came - had a very strong odour before even opening the package.

Was led to believe package was coming from the UK. Its come from China.

No batch number or anything on the bottle and just says 2 year expiry date. 2 years from when exactly....

Definitely a scam company. Ive thrown bottle straight in the bin as I Definitely wouldn't be confident in giving this to my dog.

I had tried to cancel an order before it was shipped and emailed them to do so but did not receive a response from them. They sent the product anyway and I emailed them several times to get a refund with still no response. I then let them know in an email that I was going to file a complaint with my credit card company and they still did not respond. I had to call my credit card company to file a claim on their company and finally they refunded my money. There is no phone number to call and no one responds to emails. They are not a reliable company and I would not order from them and I want to warn others not to do so.

Beware! If ordering within Australia, you are "importing" a biosecurity hazard.
Lost my money and never received the product and had to liaise with customs.
This site is a total scam!
They say they are a US company but products come from China.
Stay away!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I got myself into this product. I ordered this with seeing the 5 star reviews on helping with allergies for my dog. My shipment was delayed I received it two days ago gave it to my dog yesterday morning and by 5 pm I had to rush her to the animal hospital as she was so sick and almost to death.
I emailed them and still no response on how to get a refund! I called my bank today to depute this charge and they told me they had me on authorship monthly that I did not approve!!! DO NOT FALL INTO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND SCUM FOR SELLING THIS THATS HORRIBLE

I have not received my order and cannot get a response from customer support. DO NOT place an order from this company - they do not support their customers and for all intents and purposes, they have stolen $75 from me. I very much want to make my pets life better, but I cannot afford to just lose that money. :(

CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY TO DISPUTE YOUR CHARGES. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. YOU SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND.

Absolutely disgusting smell-my dog wouldn’t go near it. I reached out three separate times to return with no response. Supposed to be a 90-day return window. I requested a return and cancellation of my subscription. Nothing. I reported it to my credit card company & within 2 hours I had a refund. Bad company with ZERO customer service and a crappy product.

Don't bother after waiting a month still nothing...I bought thru Facebook i havn't even seen the add for it now RIPPOFF BASTARDS !!!!

I have serious concerns that Healthy Petz products are not what they claim to be. The last three bottles ordered smell absolutely foul and the liquid inside is like water. I have had a couple of bottles before that didn't smell and the liquid was more syrup in texture and slightly darker but this latest three bottles have been thrown away. Initiall taken in by the adverts but there is just something amiss with this seller. No phone number, no replies to emails and fould smelling product. No batch numbers either on the bottles which they say there is !

Im not ordering any more product from this company. Im looking elsewhere.

Product says that it was delivered but never did. There is no tracking information either. Also, when trying to contact the supplier multiple times there has never been a response. Do not order from this website
