Scam. Received a delivery I had ordered then I emailed several times with no response. Arrived via air, customs clearance and then Yodel. I asked seven times where it is produced but no response. Suddenly they took money from my bank then I received a second. Do not fall for it. Hopefully I have cancelled a subscription that I didn’t sign up for!

My dog has been on the Healthypetz collagen for 6 weeks and there is absolutely no change in her itching, nipping and licking; I think it has actually worsened.
I have tried to contact this company, not surprisingly I have had no response. This appears to be another scam, preying on people’s emotions in regard to their beloved pets. I would give zero stars if I could. A complete waste of money. My review was of course not published on their website!

Can't put negative stars here - they are scammers - the product is not the one they are selling on the web page - have contacted them numerous times and no response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - IT'S FAKE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK

Never received the first order. And they have already charged me for a second order. Scam.

If I could leave a minus zero star i would,they have signed me up for a monthly subscription which I didn't sign up for and also have not returned contact from 5 emails sent, I have had to go to the extreme of putting a block on my credit card,do not use this company be warned.

I made a purchase as a guest one off only to find the company has subscribed me without my knowledge and continued to send me products and taking funds from my account. I sent numerous emails without a response from them. I requested to stop sending items and remove me from their subscriptions without any response. I contacted my bank which was absolutely amazing they removed the product token so this people could not continue to debit my account. Surprise surprise they sent me an email asking why i opened a chargeback on them. I responded by saying the lack of customer service and care. The fact that they didn’t respond to any of my numerous emails asking them to stop sending more products and stop charging my account to which they never responded. I then said that if anymore products are send or if they take any further funds from my account I would report them for fraud. I then requested again to be removed from their subscriptions immediately.

I wish that I had checked this product on Trustpilot before I ordered.
I too, was tricked into a subscription.
I tried emailing them but didn't receive an answer.
The bottles I received do not list a country of origin or use by date.
It looks completely different and has a black label and not pink and blue.
They were not delivered by Australia Post as advertised but by a man in an ordinary car with no company details.
The product has a disgusting smell.
I won't be giving this to my dog. I would like to send it to a laboratory to test what is actually contains.
I will be stopping payment through my bank.

Took over a month to get, no communication whatsoever. Bottle arrived from a random guy in Philadelphia. Label on the bottle looks handmade and no information anywhere about where it was made. I am not trusting this for my dog and not even going to try to get a refund hearing all these horror stories.

I ordered and after 60 days of nothing asked for a return of unused and refund. 6 emails and no response at all. Please don’t make the mistake I did. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank, wish me luck! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAM!!!!

I ordered this as my dogs suffers terribly with scratching and don’t want her on immunosuppressant tablets like Apoquel/Zenrelia for her life. Unlike most folk, my delivery arrived but I’m freaked out to use it now after reading into further reviews!! The bottles arrived safely packaged and the box shows ingredients, manufacturer and expiry date. Has anyone had any success stories with this. Just worried as some folk say the real product has a pink label. Don’t think I’m gonna take the risk!!

I made an order and mistakingly signed up for a subscription. The website was so confusing that when I tried to cancel subscription I ordered another product. Anyway I finally managed to cancel the subscription and have asked for a refund for the duplicated order. Guess what. I have received an email confirming the cancellation of subscription, followed by another email confirming despatch of the duplicate order. What a shambles. Haven't even received my orders to review the product.

Placed an order on 05.04.2026 they sent me a confirmation email with tracking number. I tried to track my purchase but stated the address is invalid. I tried to call the phone number listed on my credit card statement. Went straight to voicemail but voicemail was full could not leave a message. I will dispute my charge for this. Evidently it's a scam.

Stinks like chemicals. Shipped from China. I will not risk giving this product to my beloved pets. Haven't replied to any emails ever. Been trying for a month. Will be disputing with bank as there is no way to get your money back with the satisfaction guarantee 60 days lie. Scam. The website is a pure scam!!

Decided to buy a single bottle of collagen to try for my dog. What I didn't realise is that a tiny box was automatically ticked to sign up for a subscription. The next month they automatically took another payment for the product. I have managed to stop the prescription (I think) that I never agreed too via email. Let's wait and see. But very deceptional behaviour. Disgusting.... .

If as people have said previously I could give a minus number of stars that’s more than they deserve
Complete lack of customer care no response to emails nothing.
The first delivery I had worked brilliantly and I finally thought I had found the right product to support my itchy dog. Got sucked into a subscription no idea how. 2nd lot of 3 bottles bore no resemblance to the first one apart from the generic packaging. All 3 bottles not the same stuff. Contacted support daily, no response nothing. I am pursuing through my bank. They are despicable

These people are awful I didn’t sign up for a subscription and they took more money from me. I then saw they had taken a second payment so I cancelled with them and said not to send out second item as I wanted a refund. I challenged the payment with the bank also and had a refund but now the item has been delivered after I said I didn’t want it and money has come out again. I’ve not even used the product as it’s likely to kill my dog.

If I could make a negative number I would. I realized I wasn't going to be giving this to my dog when I saw it was sent internationally through customs. When I got the collagen, there were no ingredients, label as to where it was "manufactured" or anything. When I attempted to get a refund (as promised on the website) I never got a response through email. There is no phone number to call! BEWARE!!!!!

Total billing scam. Crappy product. Hard to "unsubscribe".

I ordered a collagen for dogs and somehow, these scammers subscribed me for monthly delivery. They took the payment without asking me to authorise it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO BE EMPTIED!
I AM HAPPY TO CHANGE MY REVIEW IF THE WEBSITE REFUND ME!

COSTUMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.
I'VE EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT INSTEAD THEY SHIPPED IT.
THIS IS A SCAM!! THEY ARE SAVING YOUR BANK DETAILS AND TAKE MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION!!!

THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THEIR PRODUCT MADE MY DOG ILL, VOMITING.

I am very suspicious of this product - my wife purchased some because she was informed it was made in UK and a bona fide product. However delivery was delayed for a few weeks because the product had to come through customs! The packaging does not list the country of origin and does not give an address for the company. The only means of contact is an email address - which is fairly unresponsive! I also see that any comments on Facebook are now being hidden - I wonder what people are saying!? I would not deal with this company again and will just have to put the cost of the purchase down to experience!
