Healthpilot is very organized and easy…

Healthpilot is very organized and easy to navigate online. I like the options of talking on phone, chatting online with them. Their support team is outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to on the phone as well as in a chat session. I highly recommend Healthpilot. My horror at figuring out plans turned into pleasant experience.

It was a good experience …

It was a good experience I did most of the signing up for a plan that I knew that I wanted. I was just happy that I wasn't forced into having to give my number out so that all the insurance agents would give me a call which sometimes goes on for weeks and really jams up my phone lines

KUDOS for Deborah

I had a wonderful experience with Deborah. She took the time and asked the correct questions to get me maximum coverage from the plan I chose. I had alot going on, but she stuck with me over the course of a few weeks to simplify the change. She really showed care and concern for my well being. I received comprehensive and individualized care and attention. I would recommend looking into TrustPilot/HealthPilot if you need to update or change your coverage. Thankyou Deborah, you really helped me at a time when I needed it the most.

Our advisor

Our advisor, Grace, was very helpful, well informed and did not push me or call me, just offered to set up times, answer questions and walked me thru the process.
