Never received a time delivery slot!
Late in delivering had to call my prescription organiser.
When delivered I was on an important call to the hospital, was rude and insensitive,
This the worse delivery I have ever had!
No explanation! Inconvenience caused,
Very annoyed! If I didn't need the drug I'd definitely stop this whole situation. I suffer fro PTSD i dont need to treated like this!

you really need to find a way of contacting people with reference to the delivering of items.

I am a new client transferring from a…
I am a new client transferring from a previous supplier of my drug. I was left a message on my voicemail to get in touch and which I have tried to do several times. The waiting time today on one call on hold was over 40 minutes before I gave up. I cant use the App (although I have downloaded it) without an account number and to try and get this through HealthNet via email is impossible. Not a great start for the relationship.
