If I could I would give them zero stars. Ai generated bullshit with poor interface and horrible customer service. Made a one time purchase in the fall and never used the app, then got charged 100 dollars six months later which they refuse to pay back even though I contacted them within an hour of the money being drawn. No other app have ever refused to refund me, not even if I have messed up or been sloppy. Absolutely horrible experience in all regards.

Called for an emergency plumber on the afternoon of Sunday 21/09 and spoke to a gentleman explain the issue and a quick fix as asked gave detail of the property and sent over pictures of the issue. That's the last we heard and were left with the leak. If a company is advertising emergency callout then they either attend or tell you that they cannot attend . We were looking for a company to carryout improvements within the property but this one is now off the list. I've been in construction for over 40 years and this is not how you treat clients.
