Absolutely abysmal service. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails are never returned. Unsure if the company still exists?
Still waiting to return my wife’s toilet surround after hip replacement surgery. No surprise the NHS are in financial dire straits with this crowd in charge of equipment

There was a company security issue just after the time the order was put in... we were kept informed with up dates and received the pressure cushion... took alot longer to arrive , now the cushion is in daily use and doing its job.
No pressure sores.

Good items, but no information about security breach
There was an unfortunate delay in dispatch of the elbow crutches but they were very good when they arrived.
However, I requested information about the nature of the online security breach and whether customer account information had been exposed, but I have not received clarification.
