Winner winner 😁

I purchased a £20 mystery tech box. I won an IPhone Air. Genuinely happy with the result and the phone arrived yesterday. Dan even gave me the option to choose which colour I would prefer before sending it out me next day delivery. Amazing service

They shouldn't be allowed to trade

They shouldn't be allowed to trade. I ordered a mystery box costing £9.99 plus £3.99 delivery, only to receive 1 Bluetooth speaker worth £7.59 on Ebay. This company should be reported to trading standards. Shambolic.

SCAM! Absolute con!

Such a con paid £19.99 for the premium option plus £4.99 delivery to receive a candle and some fairy lights that cost a fiver out of b&m. Such a scam don’t do it

Hi Lucy, thank you for the feedback.

The full terms and conditions of the mystery deals are available to read on the Wowcher deal page. This provides full transparency of all the items and quantities that are available before you commit to purchase a voucher.

https://www.wowcher.co.uk/page/ultimate-summer-mystery-deal.html

The deals are structured in a way that means there is a greater chance to win a lower value item than one of the big ticket items which is normal for these kind of deals. They are very similar to the national lottery format, you wouldn't leave a 1 star review for not winning the jackpot after entering?

It also states on the terms and conditions that you also have the right to return any items for a full refund should you change your mind.

I hope this explains the deals in more detail.

Was very worried that I had been conned…

Was very worried that I had been conned after buying a mystery garden package on wowcher
Nothing arrived so after several e mails I was told to expect a delivery this week
the e mails were informative and friendly and I was never in doubt it was a genuine delay
this morning I received a rattan garden set comprising of 2x3 seater sofas 2 footstools a large glass top table with firepit and a smaller glass topped table

Major scam

Major scam, I paid £19.99 for the mystery voucher deal and ended up with a solar power light. I could have bought it from a garden centre for £3!! Wowcher you should be ashamed of yourselves advertising the world to people and ending up with a Poundland item! Avoid at all costs!

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam. I bought a mystery ticket trough Wowcher... the ticket price was £9.99 plus they charged an extra fee for £3.99... unfortunately I paid that, than they charged the delivery fee as well, that was an other £2.99. Goods came quick but it is a speaker which didn't work at all. I found a lots of comment about this, they do the same with everyone. They send out only faulty stock. I applied to return this item but you have to pay the return fee...The old reviews are disappeared because they scam everyone...don't trust and pay anything to this company!!!

Total scam

Total scam, send overpriced junk in cooperation with a company called Wowcher, then You have to pay to Return the goos=ds they sent, then they won't give the legally required Refund. HCI Distribution Ltd w_w_w.hci.co.uk just a big gang of thieving crooks operating with impunity. DO NOT BUY FROM WOWCHER OR HCI.
