This company is AWFUL. I had a return of unopened packages. I got a response on HOW to return the items, I did that, sent them delivery to their facility confirmation, now it’s MONTHS later and no one will respond to my emails about not receiving my refund.
I bought the eye cream which is supposed to reduce puffy skin (eye bags). After several applications I can confirm that it has NO effect whatsoever, the adverts they are using on Instagram are incredibly misleading too.
Purchased SEVERAL Dr. MELAXIN products on TicTok..shipping has always been a breeze..videos showing product being used..really liking most of my purchases..had 1 item that was ok..requested return..they created a return label right on the spot..very satisfied 69 year old.
Absolute scam the reviews look like there from actual customers so we buy based on the fact they used them & got results I bought lip plum left on 5 minutes no change bought the stick just leaves your face greasy no effect on moisture or fine lines still using the neck serum but no holding on any hope of results

It took a very long time to finally get my order and then once I received it, I was missing half of it. I read the reviews AFTER I ordered it, that’s my fault. Apparently, this seems to be an issue with almost every one. Very disappointing.

The delivery took a while, maybe 3 weeks I think but actually I like the products so far, only used for a couple of days but I would buy again, just waiting for delivery is frustrating.
These products are unbelievable! I am kind of a beauty product aholic. I have an ipsy account and have had for years now. So my collection of skincare products is vast. How are doctor malaxton's line of skincare? Is the best that i've ever used hands down!!!
