Nice chair, seat padding isn't going to last too long I think though, feels a bit thin in places. Pieces move too easily, should be locks for all the moving parts so when you get it set you can not h... See more

An irresistible sale price on a highly rated chair for my work from home kitchen table.
HBADA chairs are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and backed by some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I returned the chair within the approved return window, and HBADA received it nearly SIX MONTHS ago. Despite that, they still have not issued my refund.
Instead, I’ve endured a nonstop cycle of excuses and scripted responses claiming they are “escalating the issue” or “confirming repayment details.” After more than a dozen emails, nothing has happened except more delays and stalling.
At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate strategy to avoid honoring refunds. A company should not hold a customer’s money hostage for half a year after receiving a returned product.
Avoid HBADA entirely. The chairs are low quality, uncomfortable, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect support or accountability. Buy local or from a reputable company that actually stands behind its products.

bro u guess aarer tipping this is a good company
I'm trying to return my chair since the 29th of December. I emailed the company as asked on their website, and I got a reply very fast saying I needed the return label.
I'm waiting since then to receive the return label, so the pickup can be arranged. I email them 1/2 a week, and they always say it will be done ASAP.
I'm waiting for 3,5 weeks for a return label.

After just 2 days of normal use, my HBADA E3 Ultra chair suffered major structural failure - one of the main legs broke off, making the chair unsafe and completely unusable. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
HBADA agreed to a full refund and free collection, but then repeatedly failed to arrange the pickup, missed confirmed collection dates, and avoided providing courier details or tracking. Communication was inconsistent and required constant chasing, with vague promises and delays.
I eventually had to raise a bank dispute to protect my refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very cautious — the product quality and after-sales support are not reliable.

What a mess! The chair doesn't work at all, and the poor posture only makes your back hurt more. The chair is poorly designed, causing it to wobble and break in some places after just a few months. They're offering a 10% discount on a €522 chair. This company is a complete scam and completely unfocused on customers. I recommend: don't buy these products!

It has now been over 3 days, and there has been no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, and no response to my previous email or the contact form I submitted.
Update on 07/25: Customer Service replied saying the product is not in Stock (the website says the product is in stock as you read btw) and will not be available until early sept.

The quality of the product is far from the pictures. It is painted with metallic paint, but it is actually all plastic. Customer service responds slowly, and there are high fees for returns. A very disappointing product.

I bought a P3 with footrest chair during Black Friday sale on 28 November 2024, after using the chair for 1 week, the memory foam seat has completely flattened out to the point where it feels like you are sitting on a hard surface (I weight 171++ pound). My mistake was purchasing the chair from Hbada official website (instead of reputable website like Amazon) where Hbada requires you to pay return shipping if you wanted to return the chair, this makes return practically impossible since the shipping fee would costs me so much I am better off buying a new chair at that point.
I emailed Hbada to come about a solution but they just find reasons after reasons to avoid my plea, first they said their office are closed to help, second they said their traffic volume are high and now they flat out ignored my email (they provide no phone numbers or office location).
I did some research and come to understand they are a Chinese company from China, avoid this company at all cost.
