Nice chair, seat padding isn't going to last too long I think though, feels a bit thin in places. Pieces move too easily, should be locks for all the moving parts so when you get it set you can not h... See more

Product shipped well/fast. I bought a chair for my husband at Christmas and it has held up very well as its June now. He loves it and it's very supportive. Highly recommend!
the seat is everything but premium, the screws go so hard, that everything just falls out of place, the arm rests shake around at the top 5 cm in length, and basically the seat is just not as advertised when it comes to the flexibility, its very minimal, the things you can customize on the fly is probably not going to suit you, because the lower back rest is so horribly low (even on the highest setting), that it just makes your back shaped like a C

I am disappointed with this chair and with HBADA’s product description. The chair arrived with some scratches on the armrests, which is not acceptable for a new product. In addition, the chair is not as comfortable as advertised. The armrests are positioned too far away, and the fold in the armrest design is uncomfortable and unnecessary. The lumbar support around the waist does not work well for slimmer individuals, and the reclining mechanism is too stiff, making it difficult to lean back comfortably.
This chair needs several improvements, especially in the armrests. the unnecessary folds in the armrests should be removed, It needs to be comfortable on the back.I also believe customer service should be honest and transparent when describing the product to customers

Assembly was easy, plenty adjust-ability, and why i really purchased this chair was for the head and neck support. Chair seemed a little flimsy at first but once you figure out the adjustments its good to go.
You made a quality product. I would invest of some of your more premium products in the future.
Great office chair, I work remotely and sit 9 hours a day, this chair is the best one I have found.

Quick service. Although the shipping box tape was coming off the product was well packed and arrived undamaged. Assembly instructions and video were easy to follow.
Best ergonomic chair / recliner ever used. The only issue is that it is so comfortable that I have issues NOT falling asleep
The chair arrived earlier than expected and was easy to put together. It is comfortable and everything that you said it would be.
Guitarist looking for a chair that had folding arm rests to play that could also function as an ergonomic chair. This is easily the best one after much research. I've had for months now and it stands up to the quality. Would recommend.
The chair feels premium the moment you sit in it
The seat cushion is dense enough to support long gaming or work sessions without flattening.
The backrest contour actually follows your spine instead of forcing you into a stiff posture.
The recline + rocking combo gives you that “ahh, finally” moment when you lean back.
This is the part most people notice first — it feels like a real ergonomic upgrade, not a gimmick.
I would absolutely buy another product from HBADA. I made the mistake of buying two items when I just needed one. Their customer service kept tight communication with me while they were at the same time trying to cancel the item which had already shipped. They were able to stop the item from delivery saving me the cost of shipping it back. Excellent product backed by amazing, top tier customer service such as Ben and Lin - unfortunately, I don't have their last names.. Thank you both and to the entire team!
The lumbar piece for your lower back doesn't stay in the top ratchet position it just falls back down to the bottom. The chair's highest setting which I prefer isn't high enough for my desk. It is flush which doesn't allow me to pull all the up to my desk. The levers are awkward and not easy to use.

The only thing I dislike about the chair is the leg rest; the screw that allows it to slide in/out gets in the way of it coming out completely.
So I just ended up removing it from the chair altogether.

Great delivery speed, awesome chair. Really happy with the comfort, I spend ~30 hours a week in a computer chair and this is the 4th computer chair I’ve owned and I’m the most happy with it.
The handles are too rigid and can’t be lifted or moved aside. This causes a tight space for the arms and they are too high causing your shoulders to lift at resting position.

Chairs a nice chair, but I paid for preassembly should only take him five minutes to put together and set up four hours

Love the look and the adjustability, but execution could be better.
Chair came with one screw missing. Wheels aren't as smooth as I'd expect. Adjustment tightnesses are inconsistent (left armrest adjusts easier than right, cervical support difficult to adjust. The seat itself could stand an extra adjustment for tilt but that's a personal preference.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but it's not the silver bullet of chairs for me.

Chair is good quality, there's just some REALLY bad engineering choices taking place here. For one, the arm pads sit too far forward and do not slide backward at all. Second, the arm rests are attached to the back, so when you recline, the arms point to the sky, making them completely unusable. Last but not least, the arm rests are wayyyyyy too high and do not have enough range of motion. If these things got fixed, the chair would be perfect.
