In reality they don't deserve any stars not even 1, they are a big scamm and a thief, please read reviews before buying it will save you the disappointment.i place on order December 11 payed for express shipping and still today is January 6,2023 and nothing, I sent them an email they are telling me that it was delivered and that's a lie and a big scamm please don't buy for Hudsad.

There is nothing to improve, it's a fraud.

They sent me a garbage ring not what I ordered, this is definitely a scam. I ordered 2 coats and 5 pairs of boots.

Completely scam. Please do not give them your money. I received a fake ladies ring instead of 3 ladies winter boots and 2 winter jackets. After 5 weeks l received 2 packages that contained 2 fake silver rings. For scamming me with my hard earned dollars. They’re in big trouble. Buyers run run run. They are full time scammers.

Seems website was registered with godaddy. If you have been scammed it would be best to contact godaddy as they have allowed the operation and registration of this website. It was put online just before Xmas obviusly designed to rip people off. Jail cell awaiting.

Completely scam. Please do not give them your money. I received a fake ladies ring instead of 16 clothes. They send a fake ladies ring. But they work it very cleverly. Tracking works, you know where your things are untill they come and you see a fake ring.Totally scam !!!!!

I ordered 11 items for Xmas presents in early December. The payment came out of my bank and I then got a 'dispatched' message on 10th Dec, with a tracking number. I have checked every day, (sometimes numerous times per day), but it just says 'in transit', and that it's on it's way to the RDC (regional distribution centre), via the Royal Mail. I have emailed them several times but they ask for my tracking number and order details, when I send the information, I get an email back just giving me the tracking number that I gave them. As a result of trusting this site, I have lost money and did not have the gifts I ordered for my boyfriend for Xmas. I feel so stupid for being scammed in this way. I shop online a lot but have never experienced this before. They have taken advantage of people struggling with money and trying to find cheaper gifts online.
Having been recently ill and in hospital I couldn't get out shopping so was more reliant on online stores. Adverts for Hausad.com kept appearing on Facebook, YouTube etc so I assumed it was safe, like others that I've seen adverts for and used without any issue.
I have given them extra time to deliver my order due to the postal strikes, but after reading other reviews, I now realise that the order was never on it's way in the first place. I'm so annoyed, frustrated and upset that I had to let my boyfriend down at Xmas.
DO NOT TRUST THESE TOTAL SCAMMING SCUMBAGS!!!

I have just placed an order with this company and then headed over here to check it out. I'm lucky I only spent 60 Australian dollars, I wish I had come here first.
The reason I decided to check was because I realized the name of the place was "How Sad".
I'll just wait to get a fake ring like others seem to have. I actually ordered 3 handbags.

If I could have given them a zero, I would have. I lost over $200 to these crooks.

Zeeroooo star don’t waste your money or time they are a scam, they just take your money no items are ever being delivered trust me on this one stay away from this site .

I ordered from these scammers and received absolutely nothing,after waiting month in a half.No contact number and no replies to messages/emails. Fake Tracking details,that never update.

My banks fraud department is looking into this scam,as I'm sure they've had a lot of complaints.I suggest everybody get their Banks/Credit Card supplier to do a Charge back. THEY SHOULD BE charge criminally for this but they won't be get a hold of your Banks and make them return your money

DONT USE! THEY NEVER SEND YOUR PARCELS. THEY COPY OTHER DELIVERY NUMBERS AND IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR PARCELS ON ITS WAY, BUT NOTHING FROM THEM, EVER COMES. SCAM, CON. I contacted all the relevant postal services and carriers. They are looking into how this is done and agree its a Scam/Con. If you think deeply you will realize that no company is ever going to give such a discount and free deliver! I purchased over 43 items for Christmas presents, the parcel would be huge! the cost to send from China would have been very expensive!! I just didn't think as it looked so real! I was totally taken in!! (If it looks too good to be true, then its not real, just anther CON! ) Beware! contact Visa for refund from Hausad's Bank. Alert them to the Con. Hopefully they will be stopped! but they will only change their name!!!

My confirm payment receipt had no Apartment number. I have had a similar experience, no items can be delivered with an incorrect address. I wrote to requesting a correction receipt. I am waiting. Without this done I have requested to cancel my order. Waiting on a response by email.

I ordered six bags, one shoe and two suits and received nothing after five weeks. The tracker keeps going round the world and the goods were never received. Scammed of over £40. Buyers beware

Complete and utter scam, I ordered $40 worth of clothing and got sent nothing I ordered, instead a ring , nothing else

Well the business name should give you a clue. did not order anything, I decided not to order anything after deep analysis of the name. Hausad= "How Sad". Name of the business is a clue.

It's a scam. lookup Hausad scam on youtube so many people lost their money this Christmas and they using other names such as Lihoby bags and I believe more. Shame on them

Didn't even want to give one star !!!! Minus 100 would apply !!!! Ordered November and NOTHING !!! Received, can't even get to them ! Cheers for ruining my Christmas NOT . And still taking orders ... DONT DO IT !!!

HAUSAD is a fraudulent and dubious company.. the don't sale anything, they are here to dupe people of Thier money. Everyone should avoid HAUSAD and not buy anything from HAUSAD they are thieves and liars.

Total scam you been warned you will get nothing but scam emails..
