The Chinese Rip Off Artists and scammers! I ordered from them and tracked the order all the way to the Los Angeles Airport and then nothing - They even said it arrived at my doorstep - Never Arrived! I reported the company to the FBI!!!

This company is a scam .......... don't order you won't get it .or your money back . .... bad bad bad bad .they are a big f..scam ...

Ordered November last year. Never received. Been chasing for Wks since a s no reply since August.
Absolutely disgusting and there really needs to be a zero rating available.

Was always getting told that the refund takes time but now it is ridiculous!

If I could give this a zero start rating I would!
I never received my packages. I have requested refunds on numerous occasions. I was told a refund would be received into my bank within 30 days, this never happened. I contacted them again and they apologised. After 6 months of waiting, I have been told I cannot take action against this company! BE WARNED...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

SCAM I ordered various shoes and shirtsjune 6. Now I see they do not answer calls or emails

Ordered shirts and coats, all for family this total was £100 after many emails without any response they have stolen my money.
Facebook don't care.
No help from them.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS.

I ordered stuffs with Hausad online on November 26, 2022, but have never received anyhing until now. In additon, my credit card information which was used to order the stuffs were stolen and used by somebody else in Australia immediately as soon as it was used to order stuffs with Hausad. When I tried to get a refund after many many emails, I have got nothing till now. Any emails that I sent get a fake response from a different name.

My package never arrived and when I tried to get a refund I was accused of fraud by this company!
After many emails, I managed to get 50% refund before giving up. Any email that I send now gets a fake response from a different name.

You have sent me 3 times an order that I have never received,this one is the worst it says today delivered at 16.40 when it's 9
10 in the morning and I don't even get an answer to see if they have the right address,I do believe they never deliever anything

SCAM! YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED. They took my $35 and never gave it back. I visited India about 2 months after I made the purchase. could not locate the business at the address listed. They route activity through a fake business in Ireland.

SCAMMERS. GET REFUNDED BY YOUR BANK. HAUSAD REFUNDED THE BANK A MONTH LATER. YOUR BANK WILL ASK FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WHAT YOU RECEIVED IF YOU DID RECEIVE IT. AND YOU GIVE THEM THE LINKS TO THIS SITE AND OTHER SITES THAT SAY THAT HAUSAD ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY.

Placed order on 10 Dec 22 and still no order. Been promise a full refund but still waiting. Emails going back and forward every week and mainly with same reply all from different people! I have a whole list of names now and never the same twice! If I had know about the reviews I wouldn't have touched this site but as google recommended it I thought it was ok!

The shipment was lost, they promised a refund 3 months ago, still have not received any refund? Ridiculous, they reply the same message every time you ask them.

Steer clear of this purposed supplier. 'Bella' sounds great and responds almost automatically when chasing delivery of paid product via email.

Reach out in reference update of two separate orders had not received the response was noted was not to my satisfaction related to shipping address no the problems getting mail/ packages from other companies not a happy customer alot os excuses.

They are a scam company. They even scam delivery dates and everything! They have “pat” replies from Edna, Violet, Lele, Linda (all fake names for Nigerian clerks) to buy time in hopes you give up! They have phony truck routing and tracking websites, the whole shebang! If someone received a scabby pair of boots I assure you it had nothing to do with their order. They have no intention of refunding your money or sending you what is pictured and ordered. How they stay in business is a blight to businesses everywhere!

This is a scam website. Take your money send you a fake tracking number and you don’t get your items.
This website should be shut down.

This is a completely SCAM, I order GBP 49 goods in Oct 22, but the things had never been delivered (They lie things had been delivered in early Dec 2022!!!), Trying to contact them for refund in early Jan 23, they made a small part refunded after 2 weeks, and I started chasing for the remaining refund since then, and they keep on having different CS telling me refund had been processed and will take few weeks to come / my bank account has issues that ask me to check / they are checking with their finance team repeatedly!!
